Performance of this card is quite poor on my PS/2 with 386DX, like 100KB/s
at best, but as low as 5KB/s when transferring bigger files due to
packet overruns. It would be good to revisit this later, probably by
teaching the ic code to use RX Early.

Initial commit of wscons for the RiscPC/A7000 arm32 family. There is still lots

This code will still allow usage of the old vidcconsole complete with X etc.
Note that the wscons code can now only be booted with the new bootloader but
kernels compiled with vidcconsole can still be booted the old way.

Change undefined instruction handler to use a linked list for each

co-processor. This is necessary so we can have several handlers for
CP0 (used as a catch-all for non-CP instructions).
Handlers are now removed using remove_coproc_handler(), rather than by calling
install_coproc_handler() with a NULL handler.
Because install_coproc_handler() can now allocate memory, there's a version
for use at boot time that doesn't.

rework pci_attach_hook() to just deal with the INO, not the full

pci_intr_map() accordingly. retire psycho_intr_map(). deal with
INO values upto 0x3f, not upto 0x32. restructure sabre_init() and
psycho_init() to be more similar, and display each psycho's IGN.
psycho_intr_establish() deals with INO upto 0x3f, values from 0x32
and higher get 0 for IPL.
tested on E250 & U5.

Simplify `bad alias' handling in pv_link()/pv_unlink():

- there's no need to have different PV_NC flags for sun4[c] & sun4m
- deal with kvm_uncache() being called on a managed page in a
separate helper function that deals with the caching state
within the pv list for that page, avoiding interference with
the `bad alias' removals in pv_unlink().
Note that currently never called for managed pages, but for now I'm
keeping the support in.

Fixed the bug that crept into giving support for moving IOMDs during startup.
...
Initially I gave it the type `int *iomd_base' but some macro's defined in
iomdreg.h calculated with the value asuming it to be an int ... thus all the
registers offsets were multiplied by four and that can only mean trouble !
The kernel boots again ever happily. Sorry for the inconvenience... it was
a good bug hunt though!

Change `pv list' management to use the hooks provided in the `vm_physmem'

structure. While this comes with the cost of having to search the
`vm_physmem' array every time need to find a PV entry corresponing to
some physical address, we gain the flexibility needed to support
arbitrary non-contiguous ranges of physical memory addresses.
Also, eliminate the need to sort the memory address ranges as presented
by the machine's PROM, and the requirement that physical memory starts
at address 0 (when possible).

Fixed the `slow printing' bug that occured with debugged kernels on RiscPC's.
...
When the IOMD isnt mapped and all is mapped 1:1 a read gives garbage and thus
the obscure feature that slows down printing (or halts it!) when the mouse
button is pressed during output to the vidcconsole gets allways activated.
Included a simple flag that signals if the IOMD is mapped; the delay routine
won't check the mouse if this flag is still clear.

Fix to solve PR arm32/9208 "RiscPC reboot hangs"
...
Due to the StrongARM support code in the cpu_reset() MC-function,
an instruction was executed to drain the write back buffer on StrongARM
processors (might even be armv4+).
Since ARM{6,7} don't recognize this instruction they will either except
for an illegal instruction on this or have undefined behaviour resulting
in an endless illegal instruction/data abort/reset behaviour.
The fix contains a flag that signals if the WB flush should be executed
or not for the detected processor.

Also, change the build layout for the 2 standalone objs.
XXX - Add them to LOBJS. (We're not building lint libraries, but having them
in LOBJS and MKLINT=no results in objects building anyways. This needs to be
cleaner but nothing in the standard mk files jumps out as "other object files")

Rewrite how mod/ref emulation is done. In particular, make

modified attribute checking actually work. Previously, a
page could be reported as modified even if it wasn't! This
is very bad, and e.g. caused the VM system to attempt to
"clean" pages of read-only files.
Only lip-services is paid to referenced attribute emulation.
This could be improved.

New PowerVR display driver, based on the TURBOchannel "cfb"

driver by Tohru Nisimura (a very good framework for a FB driver,
BTW!), using bits of Marcus's original driver for the hardware
access.
The main advantage of this version is that is uses rasops (which
is faster than the rcons stuff) and wsfont, so you can select the
console font in the kernel config file. Using the BOLD8x16 font,
you get an 80x30 console (vast improvement compared to the Gallant12x22
font).
