Pavel Roskin 586785c248 * dlg.c (init_dlg): Redraw screen after selecting the focused 
widget, not before.  The bug affected file progress dialog with
verbose operation off.

(compatibility_move_mc_files): Merge with
do_compatibility_move() and return 1 if moving was done, 0
otherwise.  Move ~/.mc.tree to ~/.mc/Tree.
