eth_can_rx checks s->rxsize and returns false if it is non-zero. Because
of the .can_receive semantics change, this will make the incoming queue
disabled by peer, until it is explicitly flushed. So we should flush it
when s->rxsize is becoming zero.
Squash eth_can_rx semantics into etx_rx and drop .can_receive()
callback, also add flush when rx buffer becomes available again after a
packet gets queued.
The other conditions, "!axienet_rx_resetting(s) &&
axienet_rx_enabled(s)" are OK because enet_write already calls
qemu_flush_queued_packets when the register bits are changed.

Convert partially summed packets to be fully checksummed.
In case csum offloaded packet, vmxnet3 implementation always passes an
RxCompDesc with the "Checksum calculated and found correct" notification
to the OS. This emulates the observed ESXi behavior.
Therefore, if packet has the NEEDS_CSUM bit set, we must calculate and
place a fully computed checksum into the tcp/udp header. Otherwise, the
OS driver will receive a checksum-correct indication but with the actual
tcp/udp checksum field having just the pseudo header csum value.
If host OS performs forwarding, it will forward an incorrectly
checksummed packet.

This patch fixes network hang after "stop" then "cont", while network
packets keep arriving.
Tested both manually (tap, host pinging guest) and with Jason's qtest
series (plus his "[PATCH 2.4] socket: pass correct size in
net_socket_send()" fix).
As virtio_net_set_status is called when guest driver is setting status
byte and when vm state is changing, it is a good opportunity to flush
queued packets.
This is necessary because during vm stop the backend (e.g. tap) would
stop rx processing after .can_receive returns false, until the queue is
explicitly flushed or purged.
The other interesting condition in .can_receive, virtio_queue_ready(),
is handled by virtio_net_handle_rx() when guest kicks; the 3rd condition
is invalid queue index which doesn't need flushing.

The code for -machine pseries maintains a global sPAPREnvironment structure
which keeps track of general state information about the guest platform.
This predates the existence of the MachineState structure, but performs
basically the same function.
Now that we have the generic MachineState, fold sPAPREnvironment into
sPAPRMachineState, the pseries specific subclass of MachineState.
This is mostly a matter of search and replace, although a few places which
relied on the global spapr variable are changed to find the structure via
qdev_get_machine().

For pkts copied to the CPU (to be processed by guest driver), mark the Rx
descriptor with flag "OFFLOAD_FWD" to indicate device has already forwarded
pkt. The guest driver will use this indicator to avoid duplicate
forwarding in the guest OS.
Examples include bcast/mcast/unknown ucast pkts flooded to bridged ports.
We want to avoid both the device and the guest bridge driver flooding these
pkts, which would result in duplicates pkts on the wire. Packet sampling,
such as sFlow, can also use this technique to mark pkts for the guest OS to
record but otherwise drop.

Commit 6e99c63 ("net/socket: Drop net_socket_can_send") changed the
semantics around .can_receive for sockets to now require the device to
flush queued pkts when transitioning to a .can_receive=true state. Rocker
device was not flushing the queue on .can_receive=true transition, so the
receiver was stuck.
But, turns out we really don't want any queuing at all on the port when the
port is disabled, otherwise when the port transitions to enabled, we'd
receive and forward stale pkts that really should have been dropped. So,
let's remove .can_receive so avoid queuing and drop the pkt in .receive if
the port is disabled.

When running ESXi under qemu there is an issue with the ESXi guest
discarding packets that are too short. The guest discards any packets
under the normal minimum length for an ethernet packet (60). This
results in odd behaviour where other hosts or VMs on other hosts can
communicate with the ESXi guest just fine (since there's a physical NIC
somewhere doing padding), but VMs on the host and the host itself cannot
because the ARP request packets are too small for the ESXi host to
accept.
Someone in the past thought this was worth fixing, and added code to the
vmxnet3 qemu emulation such that if it is receiving packets smaller than
60 bytes to pad the packet out to 60. Unfortunately this code is wrong
(or at least in the wrong place). It does so BEFORE before taking into
account the vnet_hdr at the front of the packet added by the tap device.
As a result, it might add padding, but it never adds enough.
Specifically it adds 10 less (the length of the vnet_hdr) than it needs
to.
The following (hopefully "obviously correct") patch simply swaps the
order of processing the vnet header and the padding. With this patch an
ESXi guest is able to communicate with the host or other local VMs.

We use vhostforce to enable vhost even if Guests don't have MSI-X
support and we fall back to QEMU virtio-net.
This gives a very small performance gain, but the disadvantage
is that guest now controls which virtio code is running
(qemu or vhost) so our attack surface is doubled.
This patch will enable vhost unconditionally whenever it's requested.
For compatibility, enable vhost when vhostforce is set, as well.

Few devices have their specialized 'config_write' methods which simply
call 'pci_default_write_config' followed by a 'msix_write_config' or
'msi_write_config' calls, using exact same arguments.
This is unnecessary as 'pci_default_write_config' already invokes
'msi_write_config' and 'msix_write_config'.
Also, since 'pci_default_write_config' is the default 'config_write'
handler, we can simply avoid the registration of these specialized
versions.

When the OS driver enables/disables the port, go ahead and set the port's
link status to up/down in response to the change. This more closely
emulates real hardware when the PHY for the port is brought up/down
and the PHY negotiates carrier (link status) with link partner. In
the case of qemu, the virtual rocker device can't really do link
negotiation with the link partner as that requires signally over a
physical medium (the wire), so just pretend the negotiation was
successful and bring the link up when the port is enabled.

For subsections we just change:

- Remove VMStateSubsection (after removal of the needed function
it is just a VMStateDescription)
- Adjust the whole tree, moving the needed function to the corresponding

4096 is the maximum length per TMD and it is also currently the size of
the relay buffer pcnet driver uses for sending the packet data to QEMU
for further processing. With packet spanning multiple TMDs it can
happen that the overall packet size will be bigger than sizeof(buffer),
which results in memory corruption.
Fix this by only allowing to queue maximum sizeof(buffer) bytes.

Rocker is a simulated ethernet switch device. The device supports up to 62
front-panel ports and supports L2 switching and L3 routing functions, as well
as L2/L3/L4 ACLs. The device presents a single PCI device for each switch,
with a memory-mapped register space for device driver access.
Rocker device is invoked with -device, for example a 4-port switch:
-device rocker,name=sw1,len-ports=4,ports[0]=dev0,ports[1]=dev1, \
ports[2]=dev2,ports[3]=dev3
Each port is a netdev and can be paired with using -netdev id=<port name>.

rocker: add support for flow modification
We had support for flow add/del. This adds support for flow mod. I needed
this for L3 support where an existing route is modified using NLM_F_REPLACE.
For example:
ip route add 12.0.0.0/30 nexthop via 11.0.0.1 dev swp1
ip route change 12.0.0.0/30 nexthop via 11.0.0.9 dev swp2
The first cmd adds the route. The second cmd changes the existing route by
changing its nexthop info.
In the device, a mod operation results in the matching flow enty being modified
with the new settings. This is atomic to the device.

So far virtio-net-device can't expose host features to guest while
using virtio-mmio because it doesn't set DEFINE_VIRTIO_NET_FEATURES on
backend or transport. So the performance is low.
The host features belong to the backend while virtio-net-pci,
virtio-net-s390 and virtio-net-ccw set the DEFINE_VIRTIO_NET_FEATURES
on transports. But they already have the ability to forward property
accesses to the backend child. So if we move the host features to
backends, it doesn't break the backwards compatibility for them and
make host features work while using virtio-mmio.
Here we move DEFINE_VIRTIO_NET_FEATURES to the backend virtio-net. The
transports just sync the host features from backend. Meanwhile move
virtio_net_set_config_size to virtio-net to make sure the config size
is correct and don't expose it.

We don't validate the backend queue numbers against bus limitation,
this will easily crash qemu if it exceeds the limitation which will
hit the abort() in virtio_del_queue(). An example is trying to
starting a virtio-net device with 256 queues. E.g:
./qemu-system-x86_64 -netdev tap,id=hn0,queues=256 -device
virtio-net-pci,netdev=hn0
Fixing this by doing the validation and fail early.

Pavel Dovgalyuk reports that TimerExpire and the timer are not restored
correctly on the receiving end of migration.
It is not clear to me whether this is really the case, but we can take
the occasion to get rid of the complicated code that computes PCSTimeout
on the fly upon changes to IntrStatus/IntrMask. Just always keep a
timer running, it will fire every ~130 seconds at most if the interrupt
is masked with TimerInt != 0.
This makes rtl8139_set_next_tctr_time idempotent (when the virtual clock
is stopped between two calls, as is the case during migration).

All NICs have a cleanup function that, in most cases, zeroes the pointer
to the NICState. In some cases, it frees data belonging to the NIC.
However, this function is never called except when exiting from QEMU.
It is not necessary to NULL pointers and free data here; the right place
to do that would be in the device's unrealize function, after calling
qemu_del_nic. Zeroing the NIC multiple times is also wrong for multiqueue
devices.
This cleanup function gets in the way of making the NetClientStates for
the NIC hold an object_ref reference to the object, so get rid of it.

vhost_get_features and vhost_ack_features) removes the step that
initializes the acked_features to backend_features.
As this field is now uninitialized, vhost initialization will sometimes

commit a9f98bb5eb "vhost: multiqueue
support" changed the order of stopping the device. Previously
vhost_dev_stop would disable backend and only afterwards, unset guest
notifiers. We now unset guest notifiers while vhost is still
active. This can lose interrupts causing guest networking to fail. In
particular, this has been observed during migration.
To fix this, several other changes are needed:
- remove the hdev->started assertion in vhost.c since we may want to
start the guest notifiers before vhost starts and stop the guest
notifiers after vhost is stopped.
- introduce the vhost_net_set_vq_index() and call it before setting
guest notifiers. This is to guarantee vhost_net has the correct
virtqueue index when setting guest notifiers.

Checking vhost device internal state in vhost_net looks like
a layering violation since vhost_net does not
set this flag: it is set and tested by vhost.c.

Make phyreg_writeops responsible for actually writing their

do it on their behalf.
The only current instance of phyreg_writeops is set_phy_ctrl();
modify it to write the register on its own, while also correctly
handling reserved and self-clearing bits.
have_autoneg() does not need to check for MII_CR_RESTART_AUTO_NEG,

As of today, vhost assumes guest and host have the same endianness.
This is definitely not compatible with modern PPC64 and ARM that
can change endianness at runtime. Let's disable vhost-net and print
an error message when we detect such a case:
qemu-system-ppc64: vhost-net does not support cross-endian
qemu-system-ppc64: unable to start vhost net: 38: falling back on userspace virtio
This way users can continue to run VMs without changing their setup and
have a chance to know that performance will be impacted.

Using mii-tool (on F20-live), the following output is produced:
SIOCGMIIREG on ens3 failed: Input/output error
ens3: no autonegotiation, 1000baseT-FD flow-control, link ok
The first line (SIOCGMIIREG error) is due to mii-tool's inability
to read the PHY auto-negotiation expansion register.
On the second line, "no autonegotiation" is wrong, and caused by
the absence of a flag in the link partner ability register which
would indicate that our link partner has acked us. This flag is
listed as "reserved" in the Intel e1000 manual, but mii-tool uses
it as LPA_LPACK from /usr/include/linux/mii.h.
This patch adds read access to PHY_AUTONEG_EXP and defines the
link partner ack flag, allowing mii-tool to generate output as
normally expected:

It's hard to track all mac addresses and their configurations (e.g
vlan or ipv6) in qemu. Without this information, it's impossible to
build proper garp packet after migration. The only possible solution
to this is let guest (who knows all configurations) to do this.
So, this patch introduces a new readonly config status bit of virtio-net,
VIRTIO_NET_S_ANNOUNCE which is used to notify guest to announce
presence of its link through config update interrupt.When guest has
done the announcement, it should ack the notification through
VIRTIO_NET_CTRL_ANNOUNCE_ACK cmd. This feature is negotiated by a new
feature bit VIRTIO_NET_F_ANNOUNCE (which has already been supported by
Linux guest).
During load, a counter of announcing rounds is set so that after the vm is
running it can trigger rounds of config interrupts to notify the guest to build
and send the correct garps.

Packet transmission for the stellaris ethernet controller can be triggered
in one of two ways:
* by setting a threshold value in the THR register; when the FIFO
fill level reaches the threshold, the h/w starts transmitting.
Software has to finish filling the FIFO before the transmit
process completes to avoid a (silent) underrun
* by software writing to the TR register to explicitly trigger
transmission
Since QEMU transmits packets instantaneously (from the guest's
point of view), implement "transmit based on threshold" with
our existing mechanism of "transmit as soon as we have the whole
packet", with the additional wrinkle that we don't transmit if
the packet size is below the specified threshold, and implement

the fifo buffer: if automatic CRCs are disabled we allow the guest to write
the CRC word even if there isn't actually space for it in the FIFO.
The datasheet is unclear about exactly how the hardware deals with this
situation; the most plausible answer seems to be that the CRC word is
just lost.
Implement this fix by separating the "can we stuff another word in the
FIFO" logic from the "should we transmit the packet now" check. This
also moves us closer to the real hardware, which has a number of ways
it can be configured to trigger sending the packet, some of which we
don't implement.

CVE-2013-4150 QEMU 1.5.0 out-of-bounds buffer write in
virtio_net_load()@hw/net/virtio-net.c
This code is in hw/net/virtio-net.c:
if (n->max_queues > 1) {
if (n->max_queues != qemu_get_be16(f)) {
error_report("virtio-net: different max_queues ");
return -1;
}
n->curr_queues = qemu_get_be16(f);
for (i = 1; i < n->curr_queues; i++) {
n->vqs[i].tx_waiting = qemu_get_be32(f);
}
}
Number of vqs is max_queues, so if we get invalid input here,
for example if max_queues = 2, curr_queues = 3, we get
write beyond end of the buffer, with data that comes from
wire.
This might be used to corrupt qemu memory in hard to predict ways.
Since we have lots of function pointers around, RCE might be possible.

When VM guest programs multicast addresses for
a virtio net card, it supplies a 32 bit
entries counter for the number of addresses.
These addresses are read into tail portion of
a fixed macs array which has size MAC_TABLE_ENTRIES,
at offset equal to in_use.
To avoid overflow of this array by guest, qemu attempts
to test the size as follows:
- if (in_use + mac_data.entries <= MAC_TABLE_ENTRIES) {
however, as mac_data.entries is uint32_t, this sum
can overflow, e.g. if in_use is 1 and mac_data.entries
is 0xffffffff then in_use + mac_data.entries will be 0.
Qemu will then read guest supplied buffer into this
memory, overflowing buffer on heap.

Stefan Fritsch just fixed a virtio-net driver bug [1], virtio-net won't
filter out VLAN-tagged packets if VIRTIO_NET_F_CTRL_VLAN isn't negotiated.
This patch added a new field to @RxFilterInfo to indicate vlan receive
state ('normal', 'none', 'all'). If VIRTIO_NET_F_CTRL_VLAN isn't
negotiated, vlan receive state will be 'all', then all VLAN-tagged packets
will be received by guest.
This patch also fixed a boundary issue in visiting vlan table.

There are currently three types of object_property_add_link() callers:
1. The link property may be set at any time.
2. The link property of a DeviceState instance may only be set before
realize.
3. The link property may never be set, it is read-only.
Something similar can already be achieved with
object_property_add_str()'s set() argument. Follow its example and add
a check() argument to object_property_add_link().
Also provide default check() functions for case #1 and #2. Case #3 is
covered by passing a NULL function pointer.

Some object_property_add_link() callers expect property deletion to
unref the link property object. Other callers expect to manage the
refcount themselves. The former are currently broken and therefore leak
the link property object.
This patch adds a flags argument to object_property_add_link() so the
caller can specify which refcount behavior they require. The new
OBJ_PROP_LINK_UNREF_ON_RELEASE flag causes the link pointer to be
unreferenced when the property is deleted.
This fixes refcount leaks in qdev.c, xilinx_axidma.c, xilinx_axienet.c,
s390-virtio-bus.c, virtio-pci.c, virtio-rng.c, and ui/console.c.
Rationale for refcount behavior:
* hw/core/qdev.c
- bus children are explicitly unreferenced, don't interfere
- parent_bus is essentially a read-only property that doesn't hold a
refcount, don't unref
- hotplug_handler is leaked, do unref
* hw/dma/xilinx_axidma.c
- rx stream "dma" links are set using set_link, therefore they
need unref
- tx streams are set using set_link, therefore they need unref
* hw/net/xilinx_axienet.c
- same reasoning as hw/dma/xilinx_axidma.c
* hw/pcmcia/pxa2xx.c
- pxa2xx bypasses set_link and therefore does not use refcounts
* hw/s390x/s390-virtio-bus.c
* hw/virtio/virtio-pci.c
* hw/virtio/virtio-rng.c
* ui/console.c
- set_link is used and there is no explicit unref, do unref

When the guests adds buffers to receive queue, the network device
should flush its queue of pending packets. This is done with
qemu_flush_queued_packets.
This adds a call to qemu_flush_queued_packets() which wakes up the main
loop and let QEMU update the network device status which now is "can
receive". The patch basically does the same thing as e8b4c68 does.

The virtio_net offload APIs are used on the NIC's peer (i.e. the tap
device). The API was defined to implicitly use nc->peer, saving the
caller the trouble.
This wasn't ideal because:
1. There are callers who have the peer but not the NIC. Currently they
are forced to bypass the API and access peer->info->... directly.
2. The rest of the net.h API uses nc, not nc->peer, so it is
inconsistent.
This patch pushes nc->peer back up to callers.

With this patch, virtio-net and vmxnet3 frontends make
use of the qemu_peer_* API for backend offloadings manipulations,
instead of calling TAP-specific functions directly.
We also remove the existing checks which prevent those frontends
from using offloadings with backends different from TAP (e.g. netmap).

The 9118 ethernet controller supports transmission of multi-buffer packets
with arbitrary byte alignment of the start and end bytes. All writes to
the packet fifo are 32 bits, so the controller discards bytes at the beginning
and end of each buffer based on the 'Data start offset' and 'Buffer size'
of the TX command 'A' format.
This patch uses the provided buffer length to limit the bytes transmitted.
Previously all the bytes of the last 32-bit word written to the TX fifo
were added to the internal transmit buffer structure resulting in more bytes
being transmitted than were submitted to the hardware in the command. This
resulted in extra bytes being inserted into the middle of multi-buffer
packets when the non-final buffers had non-32bit aligned ending addresses.

and end of each buffer based on the 'Data start offset' and 'Buffer size'

This patch changes the buffer size and offset internal state variables to be
updated on every "TX command A" write. Previously they were only updated for
the first segment, which resulted incorrect behavior for packets with more
than one segment. Each segment of the packet has its own CMD A command, with
its own buffer size and start offset.
Also update extraction of fields from the CMD A word to use extract32().

Pointer properties can be set only by code, not by device_add. A
device with a pointer property can work with device_add only when the
property may remain null.
This is the case for property "interrupt_vector" of device
"etraxfs,pic". Add a comment there.
Set cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet for the other devices with
pointer properties, with a comment explaining why.
Juha Riihimäki and Peter Maydell deserve my thanks for making "pointer
property must not remain null" blatantly obvious in the OMAP devices.
Only device "smbus-eeprom" is actually changed. The others are all
sysbus devices, which get cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet set
in their abstract base's class init function. Setting it again in
their class init function is technically redundant, but serves as
insurance for when sysbus devices become available with device_add,
and as documentation.

This reverts commit cd5be5829c.
Digging into hardware specs shows this does not
actually make QEMU behave more like hardware:
There are valid arguments backed by the spec to indicate why the version
of e1000 prior to cd5be582 was more correct: the high byte actually
includes a valid bit, this is why all guests write it last.
For rtl8139 there's actually a separate undocumented valid bit, but we
don't implement it yet.
To summarize all the drivers we know about behave in one way
that allows us to make an assumption about write order and avoid
spurious, incorrect mac address updates to the monitor.
Let's stick to the tried heuristic for 1.7 and
possibly revisit for 1.8.

We currently just update the HMP NIC info when the last bit of macaddr
is written. This assumes that guest driver will write all the macaddr
from bit 0 to bit 5 when it changes the macaddr, this is the current
behavior of linux driver (e1000/rtl8139cp), but we can't do this
assumption.
The macaddr that is used for rx-filter will be updated when every bit

This patch implements the NetClientInfo.receive_iov method for the
e1000 device emulation. In this way a network backend that uses
qemu_sendv_packet() can deliver the fragmented packet without
requiring an additional copy in the frontend/backend network code
(nc_sendv_compat() function).
The existing method NetClientInfo.receive has been reimplemented
using the new method.

This patch partially implements the e1000 interrupt mitigation mechanisms.
Using a single QEMUTimer, it emulates the ITR register (which is the newer
mitigation register, recommended by Intel) and approximately emulates
RADV and TADV registers. TIDV and RDTR register functionalities are not
emulated (RDTR is only used to validate RADV, according to the e1000 specs).
RADV, TADV, TIDV and RDTR registers make up the older e1000 mitigation
mechanism and would need a timer each to be completely emulated. However,
a single timer has been used in order to reach a good compromise between
emulation accuracy and simplicity/efficiency.
The implemented mechanism can be enabled/disabled specifying the command
line e1000-specific boolean parameter "mitigation", e.g.
qemu-system-x86_64 -device e1000,mitigation=on,... ...

Currently macvtap based macvlan device is working in promiscuous
mode, we want to implement mac-programming over macvtap through
Libvirt for better performance.
Design:
QEMU notifies Libvirt when rx-filter config is changed in guest,
then Libvirt query the rx-filter information by a monitor command,
and sync the change to macvtap device. Related rx-filter config
of the nic contains main mac, rx-mode items and vlan table.
This patch adds a QMP event to notify management of rx-filter change,
and adds a monitor command for management to query rx-filter
information.
Test:
If we repeatedly add/remove vlan, and change macaddr of vlan
interfaces in guest by a loop script.
Result:
The events will flood the QMP client(management), management takes
too much resource to process the events.
Event_throttle API (set rate to 1 ms) can avoid the events to flood
QMP client, but it could cause an unexpected delay (~1ms), guests
guests normally expect rx-filter updates immediately.
So we use a flag for each nic to avoid events flooding, the event
is emitted once until the query command is executed. The flag
implementation could not introduce unexpected delay.
There maybe exist an uncontrollable delay if we let Libvirt do the
real change, guests normally expect rx-filter updates immediately.
But it's another separate issue, we can investigate it when the
work in Libvirt side is done.

Coverity complains about two overruns in process_tx_desc(). The
complaints are false positives, but we might as well eliminate
them. The problem is that "hdr" is defined as an unsigned int,
but then used to offset an array of size 65536, and another of
size 256 bytes. hdr will actually never be greater than 255
though, as it's assigned only once and to the value of
tp->hdr_len, which is an uint8_t. This patch simply gets rid of
hdr, replacing it with tp->hdr_len, which makes it consistent
with all other tp member use in the function.

Net queues support efficient "receive disable". For example, tap's file
descriptor will not be polled while its peer has receive disabled. This
saves CPU cycles for needlessly copying and then dropping packets which
the peer cannot receive.
rtl8139 is missing the qemu_flush_queued_packets() call that wakes the
queue up when receive becomes possible again.
As a result, the Windows 7 guest driver reaches a state where the
rtl8139 cannot receive packets. The driver has actually refilled the
receive buffer but we never resume reception.
The bug can be reproduced by running a large FTP 'get' inside a Windows
7 guest:
$ qemu -netdev tap,id=tap0,...
-device rtl8139,netdev=tap0
The Linux guest driver does not trigger the bug, probably due to a
different buffer management strategy.

Normally, the "tap" device is polled by QEMU if a guest NIC can
receive packets. If a guest NIC is stopped during transfer (rmmod or
ifdown), it may still have packets in a queue which have to be send
to the guest before QEMU enables polling of a "tap" interface via
tap_update_fd_handler().
However the spapr_llan device was missing the qemu_flush_queued_packets()
call so the tap_send_completed() callback was never called and therefore
"tap" interface polling was not enabled ever.
The patch fixes this problem.

Multiqueue patchset conditionally add control vq only when guest negotiate the

Curerntly the pseries VIO device code contains quite a few explicit
uses of DO_UPCAST and plain C casts. This is (obviously) type unsafe,
and not the conventional way of doing things in the QOM model. This
patch converts the code to use the QOM convention of per-type macros
to do verified casts with OBJECT_CHECK().

Drop all the infrastructure for taddr properties (ie ones which
are 'hwaddr' sized). These are now unused, and any further desired
use would be rather questionable since device properties shouldn't
generally depend on a type that is conceptually variable based on
the target CPU. 32 or 64 bit integer properties should be used instead
as appropriate for the specific device.

The uint32_t *app argument doesn't exist in real hardware. It was a hack in
xilinx_axidma/enet to fake the (secondary) control stream connection. Removed
the argument and added the second stream to axienet/dma.

Implement flow control for the RX data path from xilinx_axienet->xilinx_axidma.
On short return from axidma, then ethernet sets up the notify callback to resume
transfer from where it left off.
This also allows the ethernet to track whether there is an in progress transaction
and return false from ethernet can_receive() as appropriate.
If the DMA backs up or is disabled it waits for enablement. When the rx stream IO
region is touched, the can_push() notify function is called if set.

Add basic flow control to stream. A stream slave may return short, indicating
that it is not capable of accepting any more data at the present time. Polling
or a callback can be used via the can_push() function to determine when the
slave can receive again.

Create a separate child object to proxy the stream slave connection. This is
setup for future work where a second stream slave connection is needed. The
new child object is created at qdev init time and is linked back to the parent
(the ethernet device itself) automatically.
Stream slave masters differentiate which slave connection they are connected to
by linking to the proxy object rather than the parent.
