Protection Keys for Supervisor-mode pages is a simple extension of
the PKU feature that QEMU already implements. For supervisor-mode
pages, protection key restrictions come from a new MSR. The MSR
has no XSAVE state associated to it.
PKS is only respected in long mode. However, in principle it is
possible to set the MSR even outside long mode, and in fact
even the XSAVE state for PKRU could be set outside long mode
using XRSTOR. So do not limit the migration subsections for
PKRU and PKRS to long mode.

Newer AMD CPUs will add CPUID_0x8000000A_EDX[28] bit, which indicates
that SVM instructions (VMRUN/VMSAVE/VMLOAD) will trigger #VMEXIT before
CPU checking their EAX against reserved memory regions. This change will
allow the hypervisor to avoid intercepting #GP and emulating SVM
instructions. KVM turns on this CPUID bit for nested VMs. In order to
support it, let us populate this bit, along with other SVM feature bits,
in FEAT_SVM.

Anywhere we create a list of just one item or by prepending items
(typically because order doesn't matter), we can use
QAPI_LIST_PREPEND(). But places where we must keep the list in order
by appending remain open-coded until later patches.
Note that as a side effect, this also performs a cleanup of two minor
issues in qga/commands-posix.c: the old code was performing
new = g_malloc0(sizeof(*ret));
which 1) is confusing because you have to verify whether 'new' and
'ret' are variables with the same type, and 2) would conflict with C++
compilation (not an actual problem for this file, but makes
copy-and-paste harder).

The IOAPIC has an 'Extended Destination ID' field in its RTE, which maps
to bits 11-4 of the MSI address. Since those address bits fall within a
given 4KiB page they were historically non-trivial to use on real hardware.
The Intel IOMMU uses the lowest bit to indicate a remappable format MSI,
and then the remaining 7 bits are part of the index.
Where the remappable format bit isn't set, we can actually use the other
seven to allow external (IOAPIC and MSI) interrupts to reach up to 32768
CPUs instead of just the 255 permitted on bare metal.

When debugging QEMU it is often useful to put a breakpoint on the
error_setg_internal method impl.
Unfortunately the object_property_add / object_class_property_add
methods call object_property_find / object_class_property_find methods
to check if a property exists already before adding the new property.
As a result there are a huge number of calls to error_setg_internal
on startup of most QEMU commands, making it very painful to set a
breakpoint on this method.
Most callers of object_find_property and object_class_find_property,
however, pass in a NULL for the Error parameter. This simplifies the
methods to remove the Error parameter entirely, and then adds some
new wrapper methods that are able to raise an Error when needed.

Simply clear env->user_features as a fix. It won't clear user specified

Currently, QEMU is overriding KVM_GET_SUPPORTED_CPUID's answer for
the WAITPKG bit depending on the "-overcommit cpu-pm" setting. This is a
bad idea because it does not even check if the host supports it, but it
can be done in x86_cpu_realizefn just like we do for the MONITOR bit.
This patch moves it there, while making it conditional on host

hvf_reset_vcpu() duplicates actions performed by x86_cpu_reset(). The
difference is that hvf_reset_vcpu() stores initial values directly to
VMCS while x86_cpu_reset() stores it in CPUX86State and then
cpu_synchronize_all_post_init() or cpu_synchronize_all_post_reset()
flushes CPUX86State into VMCS. That makes hvf_reset_vcpu() a kind of
no-op.
Here's the trace of CPU state modifications during VM start:
hvf_reset_vcpu (resets VMCS)
cpu_synchronize_all_post_init (overwrites VMCS fields written by
hvf_reset_vcpu())
cpu_synchronize_all_states
hvf_reset_vcpu (resets VMCS)
cpu_synchronize_all_post_reset (overwrites VMCS fields written by
hvf_reset_vcpu())
General purpose registers, system registers, segment descriptors, flags
and IP are set by hvf_put_segments() in post-init and post-reset,
therefore it's safe to remove them from hvf_reset_vcpu().
PDPTE initialization can be dropped because Intel SDM (26.3.1.6 Checks
on Guest Page-Directory-Pointer-Table Entries) doesn't require PDPTE to
be clear unless PAE is used: "A VM entry to a guest that does not use
PAE paging does not check the validity of any PDPTEs."
And if PAE is used, PDPTE's are initialized from CR3 in macvm_set_cr0().

Support for nested guest live migration is part of Linux 5.8, add the
corresponding code to QEMU. The migration format consists of a few
flags, is an opaque 4k blob.
The blob is in VMCB format (the control area represents the L1 VMCB
control fields, the save area represents the pre-vmentry state; KVM does
not use the host save area since the AMD manual allows that) but QEMU
does not really care about that. However, the flags need to be
copied to hflags/hflags2 and back.
In addition, support for retrieving and setting the AMD nested virtualization
states allows the L1 guest to be reset while running a nested guest, but
a small bug in CPU reset needs to be fixed for that to work.

cpu_x86_cpuid(). This can make QEMU print warnings on most AMD

This bug was never detected before because of a Linux KVM bug:
until Linux v5.6, KVM was not filtering out SVM features in

Devices may have component devices and buses.
Device realization may fail. Realization is recursive: a device's
realize() method realizes its components, and device_set_realized()
realizes its buses (which should in turn realize the devices on that
bus, except bus_set_realized() doesn't implement that, yet).
When realization of a component or bus fails, we need to roll back:
unrealize everything we realized so far. If any of these unrealizes
failed, the device would be left in an inconsistent state. Must not
happen.
device_set_realized() lets it happen: it ignores errors in the roll
back code starting at label child_realize_fail.
Since realization is recursive, unrealization must be recursive, too.
But how could a partly failed unrealize be rolled back? We'd have to
re-realize, which can fail. This design is fundamentally broken.
device_set_realized() does not roll back at all. Instead, it keeps
unrealizing, ignoring further errors.
It can screw up even for a device with no buses: if the lone
dc->unrealize() fails, it still unregisters vmstate, and calls
listeners' unrealize() callback.
bus_set_realized() does not roll back either. Instead, it stops
unrealizing.
Fortunately, no unrealize method can fail, as we'll see below.
To fix the design error, drop parameter @errp from all the unrealize
methods.
Any unrealize method that uses @errp now needs an update. This leads
us to unrealize() methods that can fail. Merely passing it to another
unrealize method cannot cause failure, though. Here are the ones that
do other things with @errp:
* virtio_serial_device_unrealize()
Fails when qbus_set_hotplug_handler() fails, but still does all the
other work. On failure, the device would stay realized with its
resources completely gone. Oops. Can't happen, because
qbus_set_hotplug_handler() can't actually fail here. Pass
&error_abort to qbus_set_hotplug_handler() instead.
* hw/ppc/spapr_drc.c's unrealize()
Fails when object_property_del() fails, but all the other work is
already done. On failure, the device would stay realized with its
vmstate registration gone. Oops. Can't happen, because
object_property_del() can't actually fail here. Pass &error_abort
to object_property_del() instead.
* spapr_phb_unrealize()
Fails and bails out when remove_drcs() fails, but other work is
already done. On failure, the device would stay realized with some
of its resources gone. Oops. remove_drcs() fails only when
chassis_from_bus()'s object_property_get_uint() fails, and it can't
here. Pass &error_abort to remove_drcs() instead.
Therefore, no unrealize method can fail before this patch.
device_set_realized()'s recursive unrealization via bus uses
object_property_set_bool(). Can't drop @errp there, so pass
&error_abort.
We similarly unrealize with object_property_set_bool() elsewhere,
always ignoring errors. Pass &error_abort instead.
Several unrealize methods no longer handle errors from other unrealize
methods: virtio_9p_device_unrealize(),
virtio_input_device_unrealize(), scsi_qdev_unrealize(), ...
Much of the deleted error handling looks wrong anyway.
One unrealize methods no longer ignore such errors:
usb_ehci_pci_exit().
Several realize methods no longer ignore errors when rolling back:
v9fs_device_realize_common(), pci_qdev_unrealize(),
spapr_phb_realize(), usb_qdev_realize(), vfio_ccw_realize(),
virtio_device_realize().

The only way object_property_add() can fail is when a property with
the same name already exists. Since our property names are all
hardcoded, failure is a programming error, and the appropriate way to
handle it is passing &error_abort.
Same for its variants, except for object_property_add_child(), which
additionally fails when the child already has a parent. Parentage is
also under program control, so this is a programming error, too.
We have a bit over 500 callers. Almost half of them pass
&error_abort, slightly fewer ignore errors, one test case handles
errors, and the remaining few callers pass them to their own callers.
The previous few commits demonstrated once again that ignoring
programming errors is a bad idea.
Of the few ones that pass on errors, several violate the Error API.
The Error ** argument must be NULL, &error_abort, &error_fatal, or a
pointer to a variable containing NULL. Passing an argument of the
latter kind twice without clearing it in between is wrong: if the
first call sets an error, it no longer points to NULL for the second
call. ich9_pm_add_properties(), sparc32_ledma_realize(),
sparc32_dma_realize(), xilinx_axidma_realize(), xilinx_enet_realize()
are wrong that way.
When the one appropriate choice of argument is &error_abort, letting
users pick the argument is a bad idea.
Drop parameter @errp and assert the preconditions instead.
There's one exception to "duplicate property name is a programming
error": the way object_property_add() implements the magic (and
undocumented) "automatic arrayification". Don't drop @errp there.
Instead, rename object_property_add() to object_property_try_add(),
and add the obvious wrapper object_property_add().

The APIC ID is decoded based on the sequence sockets->dies->cores->threads.
This works fine for most standard AMD and other vendors' configurations,
but this decoding sequence does not follow that of AMD's APIC ID enumeration
strictly. In some cases this can cause CPU topology inconsistency.
When booting a guest VM, the kernel tries to validate the topology, and finds
it inconsistent with the enumeration of EPYC cpu models. The more details are
in the bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1728166.
To fix the problem we need to build the topology as per the Processor
Programming Reference (PPR) for AMD Family 17h Model 01h, Revision B1
Processors. The documentation is available from the bugzilla Link below.
Link: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206537
It is also available at
https://www.amd.com/system/files/TechDocs/55570-B1_PUB.zip
Here is the text from the PPR.
Operating systems are expected to use Core::X86::Cpuid::SizeId[ApicIdSize], the
number of least significant bits in the Initial APIC ID that indicate core ID
within a processor, in constructing per-core CPUID masks.
Core::X86::Cpuid::SizeId[ApicIdSize] determines the maximum number of cores
(MNC) that the processor could theoretically support, not the actual number of
cores that are actually implemented or enabled on the processor, as indicated
by Core::X86::Cpuid::SizeId[NC].
Each Core::X86::Apic::ApicId[ApicId] register is preset as follows:
• ApicId[6] = Socket ID.
• ApicId[5:4] = Node ID.
• ApicId[3] = Logical CCX L3 complex ID
• ApicId[2:0]= (SMT) ? {LogicalCoreID[1:0],ThreadId} : {1'b0,LogicalCoreID[1:0]}

The CPUClass has a 'reset' method. This is a legacy from when
TYPE_CPU used not to inherit from TYPE_DEVICE. We don't need it any
more, as we can simply use the TYPE_DEVICE reset. The 'cpu_reset()'
function is kept as the API which most places use to reset a CPU; it
is now a wrapper which calls device_cold_reset() and then the
tracepoint function.
This change should not cause CPU objects to be reset more often
than they are at the moment, because:
* nobody is directly calling device_cold_reset() or
qdev_reset_all() on CPU objects
* no CPU object is on a qbus, so they will not be reset either
by somebody calling qbus_reset_all()/bus_cold_reset(), or
by the main "reset sysbus and everything in the qbus tree"
reset that most devices are reset by
Note that this does not change the need for each machine or whatever
to use qemu_register_reset() to arrange to call cpu_reset() -- that
is necessary because CPU objects are not on any qbus, so they don't
get reset when the qbus tree rooted at the sysbus bus is reset, and
this isn't being changed here.
All the changes to the files under target/ were made using the
included Coccinelle script, except:
(1) the deletion of the now-inaccurate and not terribly useful
"CPUClass::reset" comments was done with a perl one-liner afterwards:
perl -n -i -e '/ CPUClass::reset/ or print' target/*/*.c
(2) this bit of the s390 change was done by hand, because the
Coccinelle script is not sophisticated enough to handle the
parent_reset call being inside another function:

When using `query-cpu-definitions` using `-machine none`,
QEMU is resolving all CPU models to their latest versions. The
actual CPU model version being used by another machine type (e.g.
`pc-q35-4.0`) might be different.
In theory, this was OK because the correct CPU model
version is returned when using the correct `-machine` argument.
Except that in practice, this breaks libvirt expectations:
libvirt always use `-machine none` when checking if a CPU model
is runnable, because runnability is not expected to be affected
when the machine type is changed.
For example, when running on a Haswell host without TSX,
Haswell-v4 is runnable, but Haswell-v1 is not. On those hosts,
`query-cpu-definitions` says Haswell is runnable if using
`-machine none`, but Haswell is actually not runnable using any
of the `pc-*` machine types (because they resolve Haswell to
Haswell-v1). In other words, we're breaking the "runnability
guarantee" we promised to not break for a few releases (see
qemu-deprecated.texi).
To address this issue, change the default CPU model version to v1
on all machine types, so we make `query-cpu-definitions` output
when using `-machine none` match the results when using `pc-*`.
This will change in the future (the plan is to always return the
latest CPU model version if using `-machine none`), but only
after giving libvirt the opportunity to adapt.

guest CPUID has it. And use QEMU command-line "-overcommit cpu-pm=on"
(enable_cpu_pm is enabled), a VM can use UMONITOR, UMWAIT and TPAUSE
instructions. If the instruction causes a delay, the amount of time
delayed is called here the physical delay. The physical delay is first
computed by determining the virtual delay (the time to delay relative to
the VM’s timestamp counter). Otherwise, UMONITOR, UMWAIT and TPAUSE cause
an invalid-opcode exception(#UD).

Hyper-V TLFS specifies this enlightenment as:
"NoNonArchitecturalCoreSharing - Indicates that a virtual processor will never
share a physical core with another virtual processor, except for virtual
processors that are reported as sibling SMT threads. This can be used as an
optimization to avoid the performance overhead of STIBP".
However, STIBP is not the only implication. It was found that Hyper-V on
KVM doesn't pass MD_CLEAR bit to its guests if it doesn't see
NoNonArchitecturalCoreSharing bit.
KVM reports NoNonArchitecturalCoreSharing in KVM_GET_SUPPORTED_HV_CPUID to
indicate that SMT on the host is impossible (not supported of forcefully
disabled).
Implement NoNonArchitecturalCoreSharing support in QEMU as tristate:
'off' - the feature is disabled (default)
'on' - the feature is enabled. This is only safe if vCPUS are properly
pinned and correct topology is exposed. As CPU pinning is done outside
of QEMU the enablement decision will be made on a higher level.
'auto' - copy KVM setting. As during live migration SMT settings on the
source and destination host may differ this requires us to add a migration
blocker.

Sometimes a CPU feature does not make sense unless another is
present. In the case of VMX features, KVM does not even allow
setting the VMX controls to some invalid combinations.
Therefore, this patch adds a generic mechanism that looks for bits
that the user explicitly cleared, and uses them to remove other bits
from the expanded CPU definition. If these dependent bits were also
explicitly *set* by the user, this will be a warning for "-cpu check"
and an error for "-cpu enforce". If not, then the dependent bits are
cleared silently, for convenience.
With VMX features, this will be used so that for example
"-cpu host,-rdrand" will also hide support for RDRAND exiting.

Add new version of Cascadelake-Server CPU model, setting
stepping=5 and enabling the IA32_ARCH_CAPABILITIES MSR

The new feature will introduce a new host software requirement,
breaking our CPU model runnability promises. This means we can't
enable the new CPU model version by default in QEMU 4.1, because
management software isn't ready yet to resolve CPU model aliases.
This is why "pc-*-4.1" will keep returning Cascadelake-Server-v1
if "-cpu Cascadelake-Server" is specified.

* "pc-*-4.0" and older will not report them as aliases.
This is done to keep compatibility with older QEMU versions
after management software starts translating aliases.
* "pc-*-4.1" will translate unversioned CPU models to -v1.
This is done to keep compatibility with existing management

The CPUID.1F as Intel V2 Extended Topology Enumeration Leaf would be
exposed if guests want to emulate multiple software-visible die within
each package. Per Intel's SDM, the 0x1f is a superset of 0xb, thus they
can be generated by almost same code as 0xb except die_offset setting.
If the number of dies per package is greater than 1, the cpuid_min_level

Likewise, the CPUID.1F wouldn't be exposed if env->nr_dies < 2.

Kernel commit c4f55198c7c2 ("kvm: x86: Introduce KVM_CAP_EXCEPTION_PAYLOAD")
introduced a new KVM capability which allows userspace to correctly
distinguish between pending and injected exceptions.
This distinguish is important in case of nested virtualization scenarios
because a L2 pending exception can still be intercepted by the L1 hypervisor
while a L2 injected exception cannot.
Furthermore, when an exception is attempted to be injected by QEMU,
QEMU should specify the exception payload (CR2 in case of #PF or
DR6 in case of #DB) instead of having the payload already delivered in
the respective vCPU register. Because in case exception is injected to
L2 guest and is intercepted by L1 hypervisor, then payload needs to be
reported to L1 intercept (VMExit handler) while still preserving
respective vCPU register unchanged.
This commit adds support for QEMU to properly utilise this new KVM
capability (KVM_CAP_EXCEPTION_PAYLOAD).

OSPKE is a runtime flag automatically set by the KVM module or by

Remove the OSPKE flag from the CPU model table entries, to avoid
the bogus warning and avoid returning invalid feature data on
query-cpu-* QMP commands. As OSPKE was always cleared by
x86_cpu_filter_features(), this won't have any guest-visible

Some downstream distributions of QEMU set host-phys-bits=on by
default. This worked very well for most use cases, because
phys-bits really didn't have huge consequences. The only
difference was on the CPUID data seen by guests, and on the
handling of reserved bits.
This changed in KVM commit 855feb673640 ("KVM: MMU: Add 5 level
EPT & Shadow page table support"). Now choosing a large
phys-bits value for a VM has bigger impact: it will make KVM use
5-level EPT even when it's not really necessary. This means
using the host phys-bits value may not be the best choice.
Management software could address this problem by manually
configuring phys-bits depending on the size of the VM and the
amount of MMIO address space required for hotplug. But this is
not trivial to implement.
However, there's another workaround that would work for most
cases: keep using the host phys-bits value, but only if it's
smaller than 48. This patch makes this possible by introducing a
new "-cpu" option: "host-phys-bits-limit". Management software
or users can make sure they will always use 4-level EPT using:
"host-phys-bits=on,host-phys-bits-limit=48".
This behavior is still not enabled by default because QEMU
doesn't enable host-phys-bits=on by default. But users,
management software, or downstream distributions may choose to
change their defaults using the new option.

is suspicious. Convert a few that are actually warnings to
warn_report().
While there, split a warning consisting of multiple sentences to

Certain configurations do not allow SynIC to be used in QEMU. In
particular,
- when hyperv_vpindex is off, SINT routes can't be used as they refer to
the destination vCPU by vp_index
- older KVM (which doesn't expose KVM_CAP_HYPERV_SYNIC2) zeroes out
SynIC message and event pages on every msr load, breaking migration
OTOH in-KVM users of SynIC -- SynIC timers -- do work in those
configurations, and we shouldn't stop the guest from using them.
To cover both scenarios, introduce an X86CPU property that makes CPU
init code to skip creation of the SynIC object (and thus disables any
SynIC use in QEMU) but keeps the KVM part of the SynIC working.
The property is clear by default but is set via compat logic for older
machine types.
As a result, when hv_synic and a modern machine type are specified, QEMU
will refuse to run unless vp_index is on and the kernel is recent
enough. OTOH with an older machine type QEMU will run fine with
hv_synic=on against an older kernel and/or without vp_index enabled but
will disallow the in-QEMU uses of SynIC (in e.g. VMBus).

qemu-2.12.0/target/i386/cpu.c:3217: leaked_storage: Variable "props" going out of scope leaks the storage it points to.
This was introduced by commit b8097deb35 ("i386: Improve
query-cpu-model-expansion full mode").
The leak is only theoretical: if ret->model->props is set to
props, the qapi_free_CpuModelExpansionInfo() call will free props
too in case of errors. The only way for this to not happen is if
we enter the default branch of the switch statement, which would
never happen because all CpuModelExpansionType values are being
handled.
It's still worth to change this to make the allocation logic
easier to follow and make the Coverity error go away. To make
everything simpler, initialize ret->model and ret->model->props
earlier in the function.
While at it, remove redundant check for !prop because prop is
always initialized at the beginning of the function.

At present, hold on expose IA32_ARCH_CAPABILITIES to guest, as 1) This MSR

features presentation of only CPUIDs to MSR bits; 2) a reasonable default value
for MSR_IA32_ARCH_CAPABILITIES needs to settled first. These 2 are actully
beyond Icelake CPU model itself but fundamental. So split these work apart

Enables all features supported by the accelerator in the current host
instead of the expected:
KVM processor with all supported host features
or
HVF processor with all supported host features
This is caused by the early use of kvm_enabled() and hvf_enabled() in
a class_init function. Since the accelerator isn't configured yet, both
helpers return false unconditionally.
A QEMU binary will only be compiled with one of these accelerators, not
both. The appropriate description can thus be decided at build time.

This implements NPT suport for SVM by hooking into
x86_cpu_handle_mmu_fault where it reads the stage-1 page table. Whether
we need to perform this 2nd stage translation, and how, is decided
during vmrun and stored in hflags2, along with nested_cr3 and
nested_pg_mode.
As get_hphys performs a direct cpu_vmexit in case of NPT faults, we need
retaddr in that function. To avoid changing the signature of

to the internal low level CPUID grouping. The data printed results in
very long lines too.
This combines to make it hard for users to read the output and identify
if QEMU knows about the feature they wish to use.
This change gets rid of the grouping of features and treats all flags as
single list. The list is sorted into alphabetical order and the printing

The current list of CPU model names output by "-cpu help" is sorted
alphabetically based on the internal QOM class name. The text that is
displayed, however, uses the CPU model name, which is equivalent to the
QOM class name, minus a suffix. Unfortunately that suffix has an effect
on the sort ordering, for example, causing the various Broadwell
variants to appear reversed:
x86 486
x86 Broadwell-IBRS Intel Core Processor (Broadwell, IBRS)
x86 Broadwell-noTSX-IBRS Intel Core Processor (Broadwell, no TSX, IBRS
x86 Broadwell-noTSX Intel Core Processor (Broadwell, no TSX)
x86 Broadwell Intel Core Processor (Broadwell)
x86 Conroe Intel Celeron_4x0 (Conroe/Merom Class Core 2)
By sorting on the actual CPU model name text that is displayed, the
result is
x86 486
x86 Broadwell Intel Core Processor (Broadwell)
x86 Broadwell-IBRS Intel Core Processor (Broadwell, IBRS)
x86 Broadwell-noTSX Intel Core Processor (Broadwell, no TSX)

In order to guarantee compatibility on migration, QEMU should have
complete control over the features it announces to the guest via CPUID.
However, the availability of Hyper-V frequency MSRs
(HV_X64_MSR_TSC_FREQUENCY and HV_X64_MSR_APIC_FREQUENCY) depends solely
on the support for them in the underlying KVM.
Introduce "hv-frequencies" cpu property (off by default) which gives
QEMU full control over whether these MSRs are announced.
While at this, drop the redundant check of the cpu tsc frequency, and
decouple this feature from hv-time.

Intel processor trace should be disabled when
CPUID.(EAX=14H,ECX=0H).ECX.[bit31] is set.
Generated packets which contain IP payloads will have LIP
values when this bit is set, or IP payloads will have RIP
values.
Currently, The information of CPUID 14H is constant to make
live migration safty and this bit is always 0 in guest even
if host support LIP values.
Guest sees the bit is 0 will expect IP payloads with RIP
values, but the host CPU will generate IP payloads with
LIP values if this bit is set in HW.
To make sure the value of IP payloads correctly, Intel PT
should be disabled when bit[31] is set.

both do nothing as for the first all callers
parse_cpu_model() and qmp_query_cpu_model_()
should provide non NULL value, so just abort if it's not so.
While at it drop cpu_common_class_by_name() which is not need
any more as every target has CPUClass::class_by_name callback
by now, though abort in case a new arch will forget to define one.

Expose Intel Processor Trace feature to guest.
To make Intel PT live migration safe and get same CPUID information
with same CPU model on diffrent host. CPUID[14] is constant in this
patch. Intel PT use EPT is first supported in IceLake, the CPUID[14]
get on this machine as default value. Intel PT would be disabled

[ehabkost: Renamed property to kvm-hint-dedicated]

The previous commit improved compile time by including less of the
generated QAPI headers. This is impossible for stuff defined directly
in qapi-schema.json, because that ends up in headers that that pull in
everything.
Move everything but include directives from qapi-schema.json to new
sub-module qapi/misc.json, then include just the "misc" shard where
possible.
It's possible everywhere, except:
* monitor.c needs qmp-command.h to get qmp_init_marshal()
* monitor.c, ui/vnc.c and the generated qapi-event-FOO.c need
qapi-event.h to get enum QAPIEvent
Perhaps we'll get rid of those some other day.
Adding a type to qapi/migration.json now recompiles some 120 instead
of 2300 out of 5100 objects.

This cleanup makes the number of objects depending on qapi/qmp/qdict.h
drop from 4550 (out of 4743) to 368 in my "build everything" tree.
For qapi/qmp/qobject.h, the number drops from 4552 to 390.
While there, separate #include from file comment with a blank line.
