Pavel Roskin 1cf3930be5 * doc/hu/Makefile.am: Generate Hungarian help file from the 
manual, just like other languages.
* doc/hu/mc.1.in: New file, converted from the help file.
* doc/hu/xnc.hlp: Likewise.
* configure.in: Adjust for the above.
