Fix negative timeout symptoms caused by integer multiply overflow,

which is revealed with larger HZ systems like NetBSD/pmax (256Hz)
and NetBSD/alpha (1024Hz) as reported by PR#8645. Polled tape
drive access is done with maximum 6 hour timeout which ended up
with negative time and then confused SCSI bus severely.

- add a bus class check to the conversion of prom names to NetBSD driver

names, as we need to convert `pci' to both `psycho' and `simba'. add
a member to dev_compat_table[] for this, using BUSCLASS_NONE for when
we don't care (all other cases, currently). add `ide' -> `pciide' and
`disk' -> `wd' mappings here, also.
- "psycho" is a BUSCLASS_MAINBUS device; it has UPA attachment semantics.
this fixes bootpath detection for IDE disks.

Allow the number of free segments reserved for the cleaner to be

parametrized in the filesystem, defaulting to MIN_FREE_SEGS = 2 but set
to something more reasonable at newfs_lfs time.
Note the number of blocks that have been scheduled for writing but which
are not yet on disk in an inode extension, i_lfs_effnblks. Move
i_ffs_effnlink out of the ffs extension and onto the main inode, since
it's used all over the shared code and the lfs extension would clobber
it.
At inode write time, indirect blocks and inode-held blocks of inodes
that have i_lfs_effnblks != i_ffs_blocks are cleansed of UNWRITTEN disk
addresses, so that these never make it to disk.

Since the RFA is allocated in a normal mbuf, as opposed to DMA-safe
...
memory that is explicitly mapped in a DMA-coherent manner, we must
make sure to PREREAD sync the RFA after noticing a clear "complete"
bit. Without this, the clear bit will linger in the cache, and the
CPU will not notice when the chip updates the bit via DMA later.

Fixes associated with filling an LFS:

Change the space computation to appear to change the size of the *disk*
rather than the *bytes used* when more segment summaries and inode
blocks are written. Try to estimate the amount of space that these will
take up when more files are written, so the disk size doesn't change too
much.
Regularize error returns from lfs_valloc, lfs_balloc, lfs_truncate: they
now fail entirely, rather than succeeding half-way and leaving the fs in
an inconsistent state.
Rewrite lfs_truncate, mostly stealing from ffs_truncate. The old
lfs_truncate had difficulty truncating a large file to a non-zero size
(indirect blocks were not handled appropriately).
Unmark VDIROP on fvp after ufs_remove, ufs_rmdir, so these can be
reclaimed immediately: this vnode would not be written to disk again
anyway if the removal succeeded, and if it failed, no directory
operation occurred.
ufs_makeinode and ufs_mkdir now remove IN_ADIROP on error.

- for bold characters, only blit the leftmost ftwidth pixels per character
cell row. The rightmost row which used to be printed would have been
overwritten formerly by the next character on sequential output, so no
visible change will result most of the time.
This fixes two problems:
* USE_C_BFOPS (which only works for 8 pixel wide fonts) blits the same
for bold characters now... it used to print the rightmost 8 pixel columns
of the bold-smeared characters
* we no longer need a reserved 1 pixel column at the right end of the screen.
That is, a 640x400 screen will hold 80x50 charactes with the 8x8 font.

- add a pciide_irqack() callback, which clears the IDE DMA status bit once

the IRQ has been cleared on the drive.
- use pa->pa_class instead of re-reading PCI_CLASS_REG when possible
- Add support for Highpoint HPT366 and HPT370 (370 untested), based
on patches from Roger Brooks <R.S.Brooks@liverpool.ac.uk> posted on
current-users Mach, 15. Given how Highpoint docs have been wrong for the
366, the 370 is likely to not work.
Thanks to Chris Cappuccio <chris@dqc.org> for sending me the Highpoint
docs, and to Total Archive (http://www.totalarchive.com/ ) for sending
me hardware.

Fix several problems with lockf/fcntl byte range locks:
...
- document a data structure invariant in lockf.h
- add KASSERT() to check the invariant.
- be more consistent about dequeuing ourselves from the blocked list
after a tsleep().
- Fix two places where the invariant is violated.
- correct a few comments here and there
- If we're still following a lock dependancy chain after maxlockdepth
processes and haven't gotten back to the start, assume that we're in a
cycle anyway and return EDEADLK.
Fix is a superset of an existing fix in FreeBSD, but independantly
derived.
Fixes kern/3860.

sync with almost-latest KAME IPsec. full changelog would be too big

to mention here. notable changes are like below.
kernel:
- make PF_KEY kernel interface more robust against broken input stream.
it includes complete internal structure change in sys/netkey/key.c.
- remove non-RFC compliant change in PF_KEY API, in particular,
in struct sadb_msg. we cannot just change these standard structs.
sadb_x_sa2 is introduced instead.
- remove prototypes for pfkey_xx functions from /usr/include/net/pfkeyv2.h.
these functions are not supplied in /usr/lib.
setkey(8):
- get/delete does not require "-m mode" (ignored with warning, if you
specify it)
- spddelete takes direction specification
