phil 47ff5d6b3d More changes to the "new" ncr interrupt driven scsi driver (from M. Pfaller) 
Bring back the old polled driver until a kernel built with the interrupt
driven one is stable enough for production use.

mycroft 7263209ce6 Make each disk and tape driver define its own read and write functions. 
Deprecate rawread() and rawwrite() completely.  Remove d_strategy from cdevsw to
force the abstraction barrier.

cgd c83f9c5568 remove unused cpu_exec() definitions. moved "broken swap" markers, for 
ports that still need it, to types.h.
