cc30dc441b target/openrisc: Use cpu_unwind_state_data for mfspr
Since we do not plan to exit, use cpu_unwind_state_data
and extract exactly the data requested.

This is a bug fix, in that we no longer clobber dflag.

Consider:

        l.j L2 // branch
        l.mfspr r1, ppc // delay

L1: boom
L2: l.lwa r3, (r4)

Here, dflag would be set by cpu_restore_state (because that is the current
state of the cpu), but but not cleared by tb_stop on exiting the TB
(because DisasContext has recorded the current value as zero).

The next TB begins at L2 with dflag incorrectly set. If the load has a
tlb miss, then the exception will be delivered as per a delay slot:
with DSX set in the status register and PC decremented (delay slots
restart by re-executing the branch). This will cause the return from
interrupt to go to L1, and boom!

66564c31e4 target/openrisc: Interrupt handling fixes
When running SMP systems we sometimes were seeing lockups where
IPI interrupts were being raised by never handled.

This looks to be caused by 2 issues in the openrisc interrupt handling
logic.

 1. After clearing an interrupt the openrisc_cpu_set_irq handler will
always clear PICSR. This is not correct as masked interrupts
should still be visible in PICSR.
 2. After setting PICMR (mask register) and exposed interrupts should
cause an interrupt to be raised. This was not being done so add it.

This patch fixes both issues.

This patch replicates this logic by first requesting a PAGE_READ

e8f0ab0cd6 target/openrisc: Do not reset delay slot flag on early tb exit
This was found when running linux crypto algorithm selftests used by
wireguard. We found that randomly the tests would fail. We found
through investigation that a combination of a tick timer interrupt,
raised when executing a delay slot instruction at a page boundary caused
the issue.

This was caused when handling the TB_EXIT_REQUESTED case in cpu_tb_exec.
On OpenRISC, which doesn't implement synchronize_from_tb, set_pc was
being used as a fallback. The OpenRISC set_pc implementation clears
dflag, which caused the exception handling logic to not account for the
delay slot. This was the bug, because it meant when execution resumed
after the interrupt was handling it resumed in the wrong place.

Fix this by implementing synchronize_from_tb which simply updates pc,
and not clear the delay slot flag.

cd6174843b exec/exec-all: Move 'qemu/log.h' include in units requiring it
Many files use "qemu/log.h" declarations but neglect to include
it (they inherit it via "exec/exec-all.h"). "exec/exec-all.h" is
a core component and shouldn't be used that way. Move the
"qemu/log.h" inclusion locally to each unit requiring it.

17e3134061 Remove unnecessary minimum_version_id_old fields
The migration code will not look at a VMStateDescription's
minimum_version_id_old field unless that VMSD has set the
load_state_old field to something non-NULL. (The purpose of
minimum_version_id_old is to specify what migration version is needed
for the code in the function pointed to by load_state_old to be able
to handle it on incoming migration.)

We have exactly one VMSD which still has a load_state_old,
in the PPC CPU; every other VMSD which sets minimum_version_id_old
is doing so unnecessarily. Delete all the unnecessary ones.

Commit created with:
  sed -i '/\.minimum_version_id_old/d' $(git grep -l '\.minimum_version_id_old')
with the one legitimate use then hand-edited back in.

1797b08d24 tcg: Avoid including 'trace-tcg.h' in target translate.c
The root trace-events only declares a single TCG event:

  $ git grep -w tcg trace-events
  trace-events:115:# tcg/tcg-op.c
  trace-events:137:vcpu tcg guest_mem_before(TCGv vaddr, uint16_t info) "info=%d", "vaddr=0x%016"PRIx64" info=%d"

and only a tcg/tcg-op.c uses it:

  $ git grep -l trace_guest_mem_before_tcg
  tcg/tcg-op.c

therefore it is pointless to include "trace-tcg.h" in each target
(because it is not used). Remove it.

f4063f9c31 meson: Introduce target-specific Kconfig
Add a target-specific Kconfig. We need the definitions in Kconfig so
the minikconf tool can verify they exits. However CONFIG_FOO is only
enabled for target foo via the meson.build rules.

Two architecture have a particularity, ARM and MIPS. As their
translators have been split you can potentially build a plain 32 bit
build along with a 64-bit version including the 32-bit subset.
