I can only get it to install the catalogs for my own
language though. I gues it's some env var problem.

cwd if this value is NULL.

directory (use the this_dir external directory for this).
(create_panels): Pass this_dsir to non_corba_create_panels and
corba_create_window.
* file.c (move_dir_dir): Give an error when an attempt is made to
move an empty directory into itself.
