d65e860637 - some small progress for user plugin support 
* the "init" and "fini" functions of different user plugins can always have
    the same name (tested on Linux and Windows)
  * make sure that a plugin cannot be loaded twice
  * fixed check for the presence of the "fini" function
  * TODO: configuration and load mechanism for user plugins
