yamt ca9e55bd66 use uvm page loanout mechanism for nfsd READ procedure processing.

uwe c6aa061dfa In rasops_copycols change bcopy to memmove. In that particular place 
the src and dst are very likely to overlap, so using bcopy causes
garbage to be displayed

thorpej bbba90a2fb Don't expose KERNEL_TEXT_BASE outside of board-specific code. This gives 
individual board start-up code more flexibility about where the kernel
starts in the kernel address space.

thorpej 4eeee795e8 Eliminate PTE_BASE and the PT-PT completely in the ARM32_PMAP_NEW case. 
Also in the ARM32_PMAP_NEW case, reclaim the USPACE-bytes of wasted space
at the top of the user address that hasn't been needed for a very very
long time.

dyoung a7d738c524 Adapt SMC 93cx6 library so that it will work with both 8- and 32-bit 
registers.  This is so that I can read an SMC 93cx6 through the
32-bit registers of the ADMtek ADM8211 802.11 wireless MAC.

Adapt aic to choose 8-bit registers.
