ddd8267edb Some machines (e.g., IIcx) have '030 and map all of memory (4 gigs) with 
the MMU.  Added sanity checking in the get_mapping() call to catch this
and stop at the end of RAM.  Now available RAM is min of booter-specified
amount and what the MMU maps.

Also added remap_rom() ifdef'ed out which uses early termination pte's
to map 8 megs of ROM.

acb0c1ec5f Added ifdef'ed out code to map the ROM in pmap_init(). Might be enabled 
later if we decide to use the ROM's for anything.

fac4c46f81 Post 1.0 cleanup: 
* Include appropriate header files to bring prototypes into scope.
 * bcopy -> memcpy
 * bzero -> memset
 * bcmp  -> memcmp
 * Tweak yp xdr routines so compiler can do a better job --- saves
   at least 5 instructions per function call on the i386.

the POSIX.1 specification only.

This should not infringe on the copyright of another well known shell
script based implementation.  See PR #361 for some reasons (Other than
it's "clean room" development) why I think this is true.

628cf4e2c8 fixed ld.so to properly save all regs when binding PIC functions. We no 
longer need the special case (PIC) code to push args when calling cerror.

03dbf74333 inline call to sigreturn original idea from jason downs <downsj@CSOS.ORST.EDU> 
we want this to be done for everything including non-PIC code as longjmp()
does non-standard things with regs and wouldn't like it if the user replaced
the sigreturn() stub.

3882663a9f Don't mess with Cyrix configuration bits that are hardware-specific. Move 
all of the cache-enabling junk into an #ifdef.  Print a warning even if the
cache is enabled.
