cd583077db * Fix termcap handling to use the new interface to avoid buffer 
overflows with extended termcap entries.
* Made delay_output use usleep instead of the grungy tgoto hack it had.

915c06c281 Greatly simplify these by using <bsd.hostprog.mk>. Should do the same 
for games/hack and games/monop and a few other places, but that requires
making subdirs for the tools.  One day...

01be126759 Fix insecure /tmp usage in sail. 
Essentially concludes the merge into NetBSD of those changes in the
Linux port of the NetBSD games which it is fairly clear to me should
be so merged.
