Fix a longstanding bug- we had the sense of what bit 14

for the ICB firmware options meant- *I* had taken it to
mean that if you set it, Node Name would be ignored and
derived from Port Name. Actually, it meant the opposite.
As a consequence- change ICBOPT_USE_PORTNAME to the
define ICBOPT_BOTH_WWNS- makes more sense.

failed because we failed to acquire some resource needed to initiate
the pageout (such as failing to lock an indirect buffer) rather than
a hard i/o error. in this case we just want to reactivate the page(s)

Fix to solve PR arm32/9208 "RiscPC reboot hangs"
...
Due to the StrongARM support code in the cpu_reset() MC-function,
an instruction was executed to drain the write back buffer on StrongARM
processors (might even be armv4+).
Since ARM{6,7} don't recognize this instruction they will either except
for an illegal instruction on this or have undefined behaviour resulting
in an endless illegal instruction/data abort/reset behaviour.
The fix contains a flag that signals if the WB flush should be executed
or not for the detected processor.

Abort attach when failing to allocate io range.

Don't allocate one large io range, this fails about every time on real
pcmcia buses (not attached to pci/cardbus bridges) because of other
devices interfering in that range. Use the bogusly small region for
now, which works purely by chance (map granularity) on cardbus bridges
too (more or less).
XXX - make this map three different, small regions after layer1 <-> layer2
XXX interface has been brought in shape.

When processing an SADB_DELETE message, allow SADB_EXT_SA to be

blank. In this case, we delete all non-LARVAL SAs that match the
src/dst/protocol. This is particularly useful in IKE INITIAL-CONTACT
processing. Idea from Bill Sommerfeld <sommerfeld@east.sun.com>, who
implemented it in post-Solaris8.
