junyoung 9754fa4d8e Make immediate binding work again by actually implementing
_rtld_relocate_plt_objects(). Note that this is for i386 only;
any efforts to make it work on other platforms are left to
those who are using them...

oster e8ffb40a0e Those of us who might be interested in debugging internal memory usage
of RAIDframe can use RF_DEBUG_MEM.  I suspsect the rest of the world would
rather use that 14K of kernel memory for something else.

oster 763ac2f8fe Assign a value to recon_buffer_size in a different way so that the
compiler doesn't complain when we change what RF_Free looks like.

thorpej 9b81f1bdb0 -path is an extension to find(1) that not all systems have, so don't
use it.  Instead, filter out the metalog file using a separate loop
in the pipeline.

briggs a94d82e6f9 Always use NetBSD's fts(3) in compat builds. Some systems (notably
Red Hat 7.3, at least) do not have fts(3) implementations that work
correctly with -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64.
