299c086640 When lookup returns a node with null inode number, it means the ENOENT, 
with negative caching. We do not implement negative caching yet, but
we honour the ENOENT.

7be7385533 Allow overriding live-image and install-image sizes by 
INSTIMAGEMB (for install-images), USBIMAGEMB (for x86 sd0root liveimages),
and EMUIMAGEMB (for other liveimages) variables.

57f2b3b2bb Endiannes fixes from Brett Slager in ONFI Param page parsing.

411606c690 Remove x68k/stand/bootlogo/ directory. 
It was a tool before the bootloader becomes multi-stage (>10 years ago),
and it does not work anymore today.

10db3a4b1e My PowerMac3,1 is using gpio4 to detect a connected headphone, and I would bet 
that the same is true for PowerMac3,2.

9e836bcfdf Only create the "i2c-child-devices" property if we actually found any 
child devices (rather than unconditionally).

c79ddfbf3d our current gcc puts the loop after the RAS_END() label on several 
platforms, adjust the code so that gcc does the right thing again.
