drh a690ff360b Change the error message text for SQLITE_ERROR to omit the part about 
"missing database" as that meaning is now obsolete (since approx SQLite 2.0).

dan ab31a8450b Automatically transfer terms from the HAVING clause to the WHERE clause of an 
aggregate query in cases where the result of evaluating the term depends only
