Peter Maydell 9351d70829 hw/pl181: Use LOG_UNIMP and LOG_GUEST_ERROR 
Rather than a mix of direct printing to stderr and aborting
via hw_error(), use LOG_UNIMP and LOG_GUEST_ERROR.
