MORITA Kazutaka 5d6768e3b8 sheepdog: accept URIs ...

The URI syntax is consistent with the NBD and Gluster syntax.  The
syntax is

  sheepdog[+tcp]://[host:port]/vdiname[#snapid|#tag]
