883f2c591f bulk: Rename TARGET_FMT_plx -> HWADDR_FMT_plx
The 'hwaddr' type is defined in "exec/hwaddr.h" as:

    hwaddr is the type of a physical address
   (its size can be different from 'target_ulong').

All definitions use the 'HWADDR_' prefix, except TARGET_FMT_plx:

 $ fgrep define include/exec/hwaddr.h
 #define HWADDR_H
 #define HWADDR_BITS 64
 #define HWADDR_MAX UINT64_MAX
 #define TARGET_FMT_plx "%016" PRIx64
         ^^^^^^
 #define HWADDR_PRId PRId64
 #define HWADDR_PRIi PRIi64
 #define HWADDR_PRIo PRIo64
 #define HWADDR_PRIu PRIu64
 #define HWADDR_PRIx PRIx64
 #define HWADDR_PRIX PRIX64

Since hwaddr's size can be *different* from target_ulong, it is
very confusing to read one of its format using the 'TARGET_FMT_'
prefix, normally used for the target_long / target_ulong types:

$ fgrep TARGET_FMT_ include/exec/cpu-defs.h
 #define TARGET_FMT_lx "%08x"
 #define TARGET_FMT_ld "%d"
 #define TARGET_FMT_lu "%u"
 #define TARGET_FMT_lx "%016" PRIx64
 #define TARGET_FMT_ld "%" PRId64
 #define TARGET_FMT_lu "%" PRIu64

Apparently this format was missed during commit a8170e5e97
("Rename target_phys_addr_t to hwaddr"), so complete it by
doing a bulk-rename with:

 $ sed -i -e s/TARGET_FMT_plx/HWADDR_FMT_plx/g $(git grep -l TARGET_FMT_plx)

db96605a49 ssi: cache SSIPeripheralClass to avoid GET_CLASS()
Investigating why some BMC models are so slow compared to a plain ARM
virt machines I did some profiling of:

  ./qemu-system-arm -M romulus-bmc -nic user \
    -drive
    file=obmc-phosphor-image-romulus.static.mtd,format=raw,if=mtd \
    -nographic -serial mon:stdio

And saw that object_class_dynamic_cast_assert was dominating the
profile times. We have a number of cases in this model of the SSI bus.
As the class is static once the object is created we just cache it and
use it instead of the dynamic case macros.

Profiling against:

  ./tests/venv/bin/avocado run \
    tests/avocado/machine_aspeed.py:test_arm_ast2500_romulus_openbmc_v2_9_0

There are no longer any VMStateDescription structs in the tree which
use the load_state_old support for custom handling of incoming

45a904af38 aspeed/smc: Add watchdog Control/Status Registers
The Aspeed SoCs have a dual boot function for firmware fail-over
recovery. The system auto-reboots from the second flash if the main
flash does not boot successfully within a certain amount of time. This
function is called alternate boot (ABR) in the FMC controllers.

On AST2400/AST2500, ABR is enabled by hardware strapping in SCU70 to
enable the 2nd watchdog timer, on AST2600, through register SCU510.
If the boot on the the main flash succeeds, the firmware should
disable the 2nd watchdog timer. If not, the BMC is reset and the CE0
and CE1 mappings are swapped to restart the BMC from the 2nd flash.

On the AST2600, the ABR registers controlling the 2nd watchdog timer
were moved from the watchdog register to the FMC controller and the
FMC model should be able to control WDT2 through its own register set.
This requires more work. For now, add dummy read/write handlers to let
the FW disable the 2nd watchdog without error.

6ed924823c hw/ssi: imx_spi: Correct the burst length > 32 bit transfer logic
For the ECSPIx_CONREG register BURST_LENGTH field, the manual says:

0x020 A SPI burst contains the 1 LSB in first word and all 32 bits in second word.
0x021 A SPI burst contains the 2 LSB in first word and all 32 bits in second word.

Current logic uses either s->burst_length or 32, whichever smaller,
to determine how many bits it should read from the tx fifo each time.
For example, for a 48 bit burst length, current logic transfers the
first 32 bit from the first word in the tx fifo, followed by a 16
bit from the second word in the tx fifo, which is wrong. The correct
logic should be: transfer the first 16 bit from the first word in
the tx fifo, followed by a 32 bit from the second word in the tx fifo.

With this change, SPI flash can be successfully probed by U-Boot on
imx6 sabrelite board.
