bfafa473ed ui/console: Precautionary glBindTexture and surface->texture validation in surface_gl_update_texture
In a GVT-g setup with dmabuf and GTK GUI, the current 2D texture at
surface_gl_update_texture is not necessarily
surface->texture. Adding a glBindTexture fixes related crashes and
artifacts, and is generally more secure.

2e1d70b9e0 opengl: add flipping vertex shader
Add vertex shader which flips the texture upside down while blitting it.
Add argument to qemu_gl_run_texture_blit() to enable flipping.

46e19e149f opengl: move shader init from console-gl.c to shader.c
With the upcoming dmabuf support in qemu there will be more users of the
shaders than just console-gl.c.  So rename ConsoleGLState to
QemuGLShader, rename some functions too, move code from console-gl.c to
shaders.c.

No functional change.

2c2311c545 ui/console-gl: Add support for big endian display surfaces
This is required for running QEMU on big endian hosts (like
PowerPC machines) that use RGB instead of BGR byte ordering.

c046d82844 shaders: initialize vertexes once
Create a buffer for the vertex data and place vertexes
there at initialization time.  Then just use the buffer
for each texture blit.
