ad58ba13d0 target/m68k: Initialize float_status fields in gdb set/get functions
In cf_fpu_gdb_get_reg() and cf_fpu_gdb_set_reg() we use a temporary
float_status variable to pass to floatx80_to_float64() and
float64_to_floatx80(), but we don't initialize it, meaning that those
functions could access uninitialized data. Zero-init the structs.

(We don't need to set a NaN-propagation rule here because we
don't use these with a 2-argument fpu operation.)

7d01623a1b target/m68k: avoid shift into sign bit in dump_address_map()
Coverity complains (CID 1547592) that in dump_address_map() we take a
value stored in a signed integer variable 'i' and shift it by enough
to shift into the sign bit when we construct the value 'logical'.
This isn't a bug for QEMU because we use -fwrapv semantics, but
we can make Coverity happy by using an unsigned type for the loop
variables i, j, k in this function.

While we're changing the declaration of the variables, put them
in the for() loops so their scope is the minimum required (a style
now permitted by our coding style guide).

099505b375 target/m68k: Restrict semihosting to TCG

4f7b1ecba8 target: Set TCGCPUOps::cpu_exec_halt to target's has_work implementation
Currently the TCGCPUOps::cpu_exec_halt method is optional, and if it
is not set then the default is to call the CPUClass::has_work
method (which has an identical function signature).

We would like to make the cpu_exec_halt method mandatory so we can
remove the runtime check and fallback handling. In preparation for
that, make all the targets which don't need special handling in their
cpu_exec_halt set it to their cpu_has_work implementation instead of
leaving it unset. (This is every target except for arm and i386.)

In the riscv case this requires us to make the function not
be local to the source file it's defined in.

ad80e36744 hw, target: Add ResetType argument to hold and exit phase methods
We pass a ResetType argument to the Resettable class enter
phase method, but we don't pass it to hold and exit, even though
the callsites have it readily available. This means that if

in the enter phase method to use later on. Pass the type to
all three of the phase methods to avoid having to do that.

scripts/coccinelle/cpu_env.cocci from the previous commit,
replace:

f3c6376c84 target/m68k: Fix exception frame format for 68010
From the 68010 a word with the frame format and exception vector
are placed on the stack before the PC and SR.

M68K_FEATURE_QUAD_MULDIV is currently checked to workout if to do
this or not for the configured CPU but that flag isn't set for
68010 so currently the exception stack when 68010 is configured
is incorrect.

It seems like checking M68K_FEATURE_MOVEFROMSR_PRIV would do but
adding a new flag that shows exactly what is going on here is
maybe clearer.

Add a new flag for the behaviour, M68K_FEATURE_EXCEPTION_FORMAT_VEC,
and set it for 68010 and above, and then use it to control if the
format and vector word are pushed/pop during exception entry/exit.

9348028e7e target: Move ArchCPUClass definition to 'cpu.h'
The OBJECT_DECLARE_CPU_TYPE() macro forward-declares each
ArchCPUClass type. These forward declarations are sufficient
for code in hw/ to use the QOM definitions. No need to expose
these structure definitions. Keep each local to their target/
by moving them to the corresponding "cpu.h" header.

2d56be5a29 target: Declare FOO_CPU_TYPE_NAME/SUFFIX in 'cpu-qom.h'
Hegerogeneous code needs access to the FOO_CPU_TYPE_NAME()
macro to resolve target CPU types. Move the declaration
(along with the required FOO_CPU_TYPE_SUFFIX) to "cpu-qom.h".

"target/foo/cpu-qom.h" is supposed to be target agnostic
(include-able by any target). Add such mention in the
header.

6ee45fac56 target: Unify QOM style
Enforce the style described by commit 067109a11c ("docs/devel:
mention the spacing requirement for QOM"):

The first declaration of a storage or class structure should
always be the parent and leave a visual space between that
declaration and the new code. It is also useful to separate
backing for properties (options driven by the user) and internal
  state to make navigation easier.
