clang's C11 atomic_fetch_*() functions only take a C11 atomic type
pointer argument. QEMU uses direct types (int, etc) and this causes a
compiler error when a QEMU code calls these functions in a source file
that also included <stdatomic.h> via a system header file:
$ CC=clang CXX=clang++ ./configure ... && make
../util/async.c:79:17: error: address argument to atomic operation must be a pointer to _Atomic type ('unsigned int *' invalid)
Avoid using atomic_*() names in QEMU's atomic.h since that namespace is
used by <stdatomic.h>. Prefix QEMU's APIs with 'q' so that atomic.h
and <stdatomic.h> can co-exist. I checked /usr/include on my machine and
searched GitHub for existing "qatomic_" users but there seem to be none.
This patch was generated using:
$ git grep -h -o '\<atomic\(64\)\?_[a-z0-9_]\+' include/qemu/atomic.h | \
sort -u >/tmp/changed_identifiers
$ for identifier in $(</tmp/changed_identifiers); do
sed -i "s%\<$identifier\>%q$identifier%g" \
$(git grep -I -l "\<$identifier\>")
done

With Makefiles that have automatically generated dependencies, you
generated includes are set as dependencies of the Makefile, so that they
are built before everything else and they are available when first
building the .c files.
Alternatively you can use a fine-grained dependency, e.g.
target/arm/translate.o: target/arm/decode-neon-shared.inc.c
With Meson you have only one choice and it is a third option, namely
"build at the beginning of the corresponding target"; the way you
express it is to list the includes in the sources of that target.
The problem is that Meson decides if something is a source vs. a
generated include by looking at the extension: '.c', '.cc', '.m', '.C'
are sources, while everything else is considered an include---including
'.inc.c'.
Use '.c.inc' to avoid this, as it is consistent with our other convention
of using '.rst.inc' for included reStructuredText files. The editorconfig
file is adjusted.

Allow the backend to expand dup from memory directly, instead of
forcing the value into a temp first. This is especially important
if integer/vector register moves do not exist.
Note that officially tcg_out_dupm_vec is allowed to fail.
If it did, we could fix this up relatively easily:
VECE == 32/64:
Load the value into a vector register, then dup.
Both of these must work.
VECE == 8/16:
If the value happens to be at an offset such that an aligned
load would place the desired value in the least significant
end of the register, go ahead and load w/garbage in high bits.
Load the value w/INDEX_op_ld{8,16}_i32.
Attempt a move directly to vector reg, which may fail.
Store the value into the backing store for OTS.
Load the value into the vector reg w/TCG_TYPE_I32, which must work.
Duplicate from the vector reg into itself, which must work.
All of which is well and good, except that all supported
hosts can support dupm for all vece, so all of the failure
paths would be dead code and untestable.

This fixes an arm-softmmu test case utilizing NEON in which there is
a TB generated that runs to 7800 opcodes, and compiles to 96k on an
x86_64 host. This overflows the 16-bit offset in which we record the
goto_tb reset offset. Because of that overflow, we install a jump
destination that goes to neverland. Boom.
With this reduced op count, the same TB compiles to about 48k for
aarch64, ppc64le, and x86_64 hosts, and neither assertion fires.

Since commit 757e725b (tcg: Clean up includes) "config.h" as been
replaced by "qemu/osdep.h" which itself includes <assert.h>. As a
consequence the assertions are always enabled, even when using
--disable-debug-tcg, causing a performance regression, especially on
targets with many registers. For instance on qemu-system-ppc the
speed difference is about 15%.
tcg_debug_assert is controlled directly by CONFIG_DEBUG_TCG and already
uses in some places. This patch replaces all the calls to assert into
calss to tcg_debug_assert.

Commit 757e725b58 added a number of #include "qemu/osdep.h"
files to the tcg-target.c files (as they were named at the time).
These are unnecessary because these files are not standalone C
files, and the tcg/tcg.c file which includes them will have
already included osdep.h on their behalf. Remove the unneeded
include directives.

Rename the per-architecture tcg-target.c files to tcg-target.inc.c.
This makes it clearer that they are not intended to be standalone
C files, but are instead #included into another source file.

In ffc6372851, we swapped the guest
base to the address base register from the address index register.
Except that 31 in the base slot is SP not XZR, so we need to be
more intelligent about which reg gets placed in which slot.

All tcg host architectures now support the guest base and as
there is no real performance lost, it can be always enabled.
Anyway, guest base use can be disabled lively by setting guest
base to 0.
CONFIG_USE_GUEST_BASE is defined as (USE_GUEST_BASE && USER_ONLY),
it should have to be replaced by CONFIG_USER_ONLY in non CONFIG_USER_ONLY
parts, but as some other parts are using !CONFIG_SOFTMMU I have chosen to
use !CONFIG_SOFTMMU instead.

Implement real ext_i32_i64 and extu_i32_i64 ops. They ensure that a

through the register allocator or the optimizer.

The new argument lets you pick uxtw or uxtx mode for the offset
register. For now, all callers pass TCG_TYPE_I64 so that uxtx
is generated. The bits for uxtx are removed from I3312_TO_I3310.
