  float4, numeric/decimal too [optimizer]
* Use indexes with CIDR '<<' (contains) operator
* Allow LIKE indexing optimization for non-ASCII locales
* Be smarter about insertion of already-ordered data into btree index
* Gather more accurate dispersion statistics using indexes
