Pavel Roskin 7dbf6695ff * subshell.c (feed_subshell): Don't wait forever after the first 
select() call if fail_on_error is true.  This alleviates hang
with zsh on QNX Neutrino.

Pavel Roskin 11bc824c4a * lib/edit.indent.rc: Create cooledit.error right away to 
override its old contents.  Don't use ksh extentions.  Treat *.C
files as C++.  Recognize more C++ extensions.  Support java.
Update URL for "astyle".  Quote all arguments to protect spaces.

Pavel Roskin cbaceaafc9 * editcmd.c (edit_block_process_cmd): Use execute(), not 
my_system() to relieve interactive scripts, such as spell
checker, from saving and restoring the terminal.

Pavel Roskin fe1df0083f * autogen.sh: Fall back to aclocal without "-I gettext.m4" in 
case it already has gettext macros elsewhere and doesn't like
duplicates (i.e. it's aclocal from Automake-1.4).

Pavel Roskin fdc234060f * key.c (xmouse_get_event): Filter out GPM_UP events that don't 
follow a GPM_DOWN event.  Filter out events with unknown button
numbers, such as mouse wheel events.
(get_event): Return EV_NONE if xmouse_get_event() decided to
ignore the event.
