c626f5fdcc * editcmd.c (edit_save_file): Restore ownership before access

f218f0224e * lib/mc-wrapper.csh.in: Remove /bin/csh at the beginning - this 
script is not meant to be executed by the kernel.  This also
eliminates dependency of the RPM package on csh.
