Use XINPUT_STATE instead of XINPUT_STATE_EX (thanks Andrew!)
XINPUT_STATE_EX isn't actually a thing, we can just use the normal XINPUT_STATE Fixes https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/2797
