3c56300afa winpr/sspi: add possibility to set auth identity with Unicode password 
To be able to avoid password conversion if the password is already unicode
this change adds the sspi_SetAuthIdentityWithUnicodePassword() function
that is identical to sspi_SetAuthIdentity() except that the password is
used without further conversions in the Unicode identity.

4bfb4dddbf Add a callback to provide NTLM hashes on server-side 
Adds a callback that allows servers to compute NTLM hashes by themselves. The typical
use of this callback is to provide a function that gives precomputed hash values.

333a1110f5 winpr/sspi/ntlm: fix computer name len calculation 
The lpnSize parameter for GetComputerNameEx specifies the total
size of the buffer (in characters).
However, the current code calculated the amount of bytes.
Since only GetComputerNameExA was used and because sizeof(CHAR) == 1
the result was correct but the math was wrong.

26ed09a14f winpr/sspi/ntlm: fix GetComputerNameExA parameters 
On input, the lpnSize [in, out] parameter for GetComputerNameEx()
specifies the total size of the buffer (in characters).
Several functions in ntlm.c were off by one which caused ntlm to fail
if the netbios hostname's strlen was exactly MAX_COMPUTERNAME_LENGTH.

e718fb324b fix race conditions, tests and some invalid return values 
Since the current winpr implementation for overlapped operations is
incomplete and buggy, all affected functions will now fail if they are
called with a set FILE_FLAG_OVERLAPPED flag or a non-null pointer to
a OVERLAPPED structure.

winpr/nt:
- use proper one-time initialization on win32
- fix TestNtCreateFile
- fix broken/incomplete _RtlAnsiStringToUnicodeString
- unimplemented functions return appropriate error codes

winpr/pipe:
- improved TestPipeCreateNamedPipe
- rewrite the completely broken TestPipeCreateNamedPipeOverlapped test

0e353cce2e winpr/ntlm: Fix endianness in NTLM authentication 
This patch fixes NTLM authentication to work properly on a big endian
machines. Freerdp exited with the following error without recent commits:

95a1b53940 winpr/ntlm: Fix endianness in ntlm_av_pair_list 
Data in ntlm_av_pair_list are accessed directly, which doesn't work on
big endian machines currently. The recieved data are stored as little
endian. Use conversion macros from endian.h to load and store the data
properly.

9e8c6c99b6 First shot on fixing over linking 
If a target is linked against libraries with cmake
(target_link_libraries) and the libraries are not marked as PRIVATE
they are "exported" and in case a other target is linked against this
target it is also linked against *all* (not private) libraries.

Without declaring private libraries PRIVATE a lot of over linking
(linking against unneeded libraries) was done.

a7f4685c09 Sec/NLA: Support passwordless (blank password) login with NLA. 
It was supported in freerdp 1.0.2 but not supported in lastest master.
We should take empty password if it is explicitly specified with /v option.
If a password is not specified, we could first try SAM file. If the user entry does not exist, prompt for password.

7c3f8f33ab Fixes for malloc / calloc + other fixes 
This patch contains:

* checks for malloc return value + treat callers;
* modified malloc() + ZeroMemory() to calloc();
* misc fixes of micro errors seen during the code audit:
** some invalid checks in gcc.c, also there were some possible
integer overflow. This is interesting because at the end the data are parsed
and freed directly, so it's a vulnerability in some kind of dead code (at least
useless);
** fixed usage of GetComputerNameExA with just one call, when 2 were used
in misc places. According to MSDN GetComputerNameA() is supposed to return
an error when called with NULL;
** there were a bug in the command line parsing of shadow;
** in freerdp_dynamic_channel_collection_add() the size of array was multiplied
by 4 instead of 2 on resize

80958751e4 Add check to protect memcpy(3) from using NULL pointer. 
The ntlm_construct_challenge_target_info function can potentially pass NULL as
argument to the ntlm_av_pair_add function (for example DnsDomainName.Buffer).
This NULL finally lands in the CopyMemory (which is macro to the memcpy(3)
function) which can't handle NULL.

cdcdec99bc OpenSSL thread safety 
freerdp/winpr had the following issues:
* The non reentrant SSL_library_init() was called concurrently (crash)
* Missing code/api to set the eventually required OpenSSL static and dynamic locking callbacks
* Missing code/api to free the application-global or thread-local OpenSSL data and tables

This commit creates two new winpr functions:

BOOL winpr_InitializeSSL(DWORD flags):

Use the flag WINPR_SSL_INIT_ALREADY_INITIALIZED if you want to tell winpr that
your application has already initialized OpenSSL.
If required use the flag WINPR_SSL_INIT_ENABLE_LOCKING to tell winpr that it
should set the OpenSSL static and dynamic locking callbacks.
Otherwise just call it with the flag WINPR_SSL_INIT_DEFAULT.

The recommended way is that your application calls this function once before
any threads are created. However, in order to support lazy OpenSSL library
initialization winpr_InitializeSSL() can also safely be called multiple times
and concurrently because it uses the new InitOnceExecuteOnce() function to
guarantee that the initialization is only performed successfully once during
the life time of the calling process.

BOOL winpr_CleanupSSL(DWORD flags):

If you create a thread that uses SSL you should call this function before the
thread returns using the flag WINPR_SSL_CLEANUP_THREAD in order to clean up
the thread-local OpenSSL data and tables.
Call the function with the flag WINPR_SSL_CLEANUP_GLOBAL before terminating
your application.

Note: This commit only replaced the current occurences of the
SSL_load_error_strings(); SSL_library_init(); pairs in the freerdp source
with winpr_InitializeSSL(). None of the server or client applications has been
changed according to the recommended usage described above (TBDL).

6a49bcfe40 winpr: always build "monolitic" 
winpr is now always build as single library.
The build option MONOLITHIC_BUILD doesn't influence this behavior anymore.

The only exception is winpr-makecert-tool which is still build as extra
library.

This obsoletes complex_libraries for winpr.

0773bb9303 nla: invalidate sec handle after creation 
If sec pointer isn't invalidated after creation it is not possible
to check if the upper and lower pointers are valid.

This fixes a segfault in the server part if the client disconnects before
the authentication was finished.
