Ingo Weinhold 6236ae8570 Also include HaikuBuildCompatibility.h on a Haiku host platform and ... conditionally define some of the new stuff there. That fixes the build under a r34172 Haiku, though it also causes some problems that needed working around. Haven't tested under newer Haiku revisions yet.
