Axel Dörfler 953d895e02 * Got rid of the "Layer" part of WindowLayer, ViewLayer, WorkspacesLayer
(now WorkspacesView), OffscreenWindowLayer.
* Renamed ServerScreen.cpp/h to Screen.cpp/h (the class was already called
  Screen).
