fc658e2d3e Don't update the CORx registers unless they really have changed. 
Also make console Tx handling wait until the Tx FIFO has drained and
the shift-register is empty before sending console characters.

6312ec9ab7 Move scsi_nosync declaration into ncrsc_pcctwo since I've permanently 
disabled sync negotiation in the 147's SBIC driver. (I could never make
it work). Also, don't enable bus-snooping with a 68060 based board.

19ef5d758f - allow -p /log/socket to appear more than once (and work as expected 
if given this).  this is extremely useful for chrooted daemons that
  still want to create log entries via a local mechanism.

- create a new -P option that takes a filename of log sockets (equiv.
  of calling syslogd which -p <each line of file>.  this is useful
  for the case of many chroot areas and keeping this information in
  one place rather than having to remember it all.

if no -p options are given, the default (_PATH_LOG) is used as normal.

This breaks the first WDCDEBUG_PRINT. Handle this case.

b81ad0de61 Fix the halt_input and halt_output routines to actually disable the channel, 
not just the DMA FIFO.  Fixes problems with sample misalignment.

0d7a8dcb83 - Rewrite to use fparseln(), strspn(), strsep(). Avoids statically-sized 
buffers and allows for line continuation.
- Use __progname instead of chopping argv[0] into a statically-sized
  temporary buffer.

cc294f2cc5 complete the font tables for the DEC special fonts; assign some codes 
from the private Unicode area (0xe000 ff.) to stuff I didn't find in
the Unicode database

67f17dd709 Back out rev 1.90: The need for texinfo is a one-shot event. This was 
announced in a reasonable forum.  Further, it adds significant overhead to
the build process, and doesn't work correctly when a non-root DESTDIR
build is attempted (unless texinfo is already available, which of course
makes this change unnecessary).

871ac39c21 The recent simplification of the lint version of the va_arg macro broke 
linting of vfprintf.c, where va_arg is used as
   *va_arg(ap, quad_t *) = ret;
Make the macro slightly more complicated...

96df5ccdbf Don't warn about being in a user's ACL if Kerberos appears to be 
unconfigured.  We determine this the same way that passwd(1) does.
