the filehandle is mapped back to filesystem object.
This should make attributes working on NFS-exported NTFS filesystems
or other layered filesystems using filehandles.

Change _rtld_dlclose() to unload the object via _rtld_unload_object() rather

also did not take care of cleaning up after the object's DAG(!).
