Bug Description:
Two different bugs in join. One causes a segmentation fault if
increasing the space by 100 is not enough. The other gives the
wrong results because the program saves a pointer to the original
buffer rather than to the area where the lines have been copied.

*sigh* after consultation with pk, un-bump the major number, and bump

the minor one instead. basically, only new functions were added,
and ld.so will (soon) print a warning at program startup if the 'best' minor
number that can be found is less than what's expected.

Some reordering and modifications in the Makefiles for sh, dump,
restore to get dependicies right. The README in /usr/share/mk
states that it's a Bad Thing(tm) to add something after
.include <bsd.prog.mk>, but this seems the only way to get the
dependencies right.

disassembly shows the %f2 register being accessed, and of course the
...
kernel panics.
why wasit using %f2? some expressions were too complicated and gcc2 (with
the optimizer off, mind you) ran out of integer registers and thus used
started using a float register for a temporary.
