f603ddfaad __RCSID is not a portable macro to be using in a host tool (which
these files are). As a short-term work-around, only use it if it
is defined. A better solution will be worked out with the Heimdal
folks later.

Fixes building these host tools on Solaris 8.

f54ca60093 * Always include the NetBSD glob(3) in libnbcompat, as the host
tools use some features of glob(3) that are not available on
  all systems.
* Always include the NetBSD vis(3) in libnbcompat, since vis(3)
is not really standardized, and the vis(3) present on some systems
  is different from ours.
* Always include the NetBSD MD2, MD4, MD5, RMD160, and SHA1 implementations
in libnbcompat. The host tools use features of the NetBSD versions
which aren't present on all systems that include those functions.
* Add a check for random(3) -- the Heimdal host tools want it.
* Add a check for termios.h -- the Heimdal host tools want it.
* Update the README to indicate the current state of building the
host tools on Solaris 8 (for SPARC).

7db1a04e8c Use /bin/test explicitly in one place, rather than [ or test (which
might be a shell built-in). This allows this script to work otherwise
unchanged with Solaris 8's /bin/sh.

6d4ffa13e1 The config.h we get when building as a host tool is the libnbcompat
config.h, not the heimdal config.h, so -DKRB4=1 and -DKRB5=1 for
print_version.h.

01cfa6b3ec When being built as a host tool, the <config.h> we see is actually
the libnbcompat config.h, so -DKRB5=1 so that print_version.h actually
has a version in it.

8f7fa0cfde Put back the lazy binding. For some bizarre reason, the linker occasionally
does not create a PLT entry for a symbol, so we test st_value!=0 to see
whether we can do a PLT fixup.

error are printed before we abort.
- recurse in type printing to provide the proper type name.

9c59710333 Move humanize_number(9) to the ifdef _KERNEL section, because it conflicts
with humanize_number(3). In reality, the kernel version should be changed
to more closely match the userland version so that there are no prototype
conflicts.

a18c524897 Figure out obj->pltrel(a) after the dynamic section is parsed, so the relative
