744438b408 Don't set sillyrename field to 0 for directories, as it's in a union with 
the head of the cookie list. Fixes PR 3215, fix supplied by
Hiroshi Tezuka <tezuka@trc.rwcp.or.jp>. Should also fix M_NFSDIROFF
memory leak.

ff4c83accc Don't build ip_mroute.o unless MROUTING is defined; fixes PR kern/2820. 
Don't build PPP compression code unless ppp pseudo-device is configured,
  regardless of PPP_COMPRESS and PPP_DEFLATE options.

f5ac9d5deb Add a bus space tag field to obio_attach args, initialize it in 
obio_search(), and use it in the ASC driver.  Thanks to Jason for
pointing this out.  Minor KNFing while I'm here.

dd84b718ce Re-fix the PR 3209. The right thing to do is cast to (long long) and 
print with %qd.  'off_t' is _NOT_ 'long long' on all platforms, and gcc
complains with -Wformat %qd is used on an off_t on those platforms.

RCS ID changes from PR.  Updated man page for NetBSD 1.2 instead
of NetBSD 1.1.   If this program is merged with last(1), then

fa0bef0e54 Allocate and define AF_ARP and PF_ARP. These will be used to 
a) communicate the hardware independent part of ARP packets (rfc826) from/to
if_*subr.c in the ongoing effort to rewrite the ARP subsystem for non-Ethernet
networks
b) communicate the hardware independent part of RARP packets (rfc903) from/to
userland sockets to avoid putting link level header format knowledge into
rarpd, when it is enhanced to support non-Ethernet networks.
