Commented out some bus_dma code, until I can fix.
(bus_dma.c needs sync with alpha port!)
Continued progress on scsi driver.
A couple of other compiler warning level of tweaks.

changed diagnostic panic into a printf since an unexpected condition appears
to happen every once in a while. (The DMA interrupt gets called w/o
the completed bit set)
