6ef84a1155 Make sure these are always compiled with -mabi=atpcs -mfloat-abi=soft 
-Wa,-meabi=gnu so they use the old compilation methods.

13994434d1 Move arm-*-netbsdelf-*eabi* to before arm-*-eabi* so it matches properly. 
Add arm-*-netbsdelf-*eabihf* which has a VFP V2 by default.
Rename armnetbsdeabi*.h to armnbsdeabi*.h to be consistent with other nbsd
files.

fdec22e96e add a sysctl.vis node that indicated which version of the VIS instruction set 
is supported. Currently this will be 1 for UltraSPARC I and II, 2 for
UltraSPARC-III and up

c6bbf9b2f9 According to the opengroup document [1], we should include fcntl.h (not 
sys/fcntl.h) for posix_fadvise().
