c71d8c144e Attempt at a MI miniroot build environment, converted from hp300 version. 
Note:
	- `list' was more-or-less arbitrarily split into MD & MI parts.
	- the `crunch' configuration file is generated from `list's
	  with the `makeconf' awk-script.
	- Makefile assumes there's a `../<arch>/miniroot' directory with
	  MI configuration files.

dec01e7557 This is a table describing the geometry for several types of HP-IB disks. 
The information is gleaned from .../hp300/dev/rdreg.h and
.../hp300/dev/rd_compat.c, but is much easier to read in this form.
This is basically meant to be supplemental documentation to the INSTALL
notes, and will be really useful when labeling a disk with SYS_INST.

24c3357819 The NetBSD/hp300 upgrade program, heavily based on the install program. 
Uses a system's pre-existing network and filesystem configuration to get
"up and running".

da34221cb9 Add a program that matches the pc532 ROM monitor download command. 
This source will be part of the distribution.  It also is hacked
to be on the receiving end as well as the sending end.
This includes a CRC check, but no retransmission.  This will remove
any reference to kermit in the pc532 distribution because this
program can be used to get the distribution sets onto a pc532
over a serial line.

570c5f86ef First-cut of hp300 miniroot-based installation tools. Currently understands 
installing from FTP or NFS server, tape, or CD-ROM, although tape and
CD-ROM are currently untested.  Hooks for placing disklabels on additional
disks are there, but meat is yet to be implemented.

05afe96230 update things. Now use 1.7M (HD) image. Amigas with only DD floppy

4c43b99084 Changes in the way we build inject.fs including copying master.passwd 
from src/etc instead of /etc and then using a static linked version
of pwd_mkdb to build etc/passwd and /etc/*pwd.db via chroot.

58aa66a652 Changes from Matthias Pfaller to have a compresed kernel AND 
a compressed RAM disk root file system on the boot floppy.
So a single floppy can include vi, ppp, slip, ......

b0443df2da things were not sorted, libdata/lint should have been in 'base',
