518a9a5b6a Enable use of reversed and underlined text. The DEC Isolatin character

8f97042b69 Fixed a couple of simple bugs, added data returned for arrow keys for 
xterm that is different than xterm termcap entry states.  (Does curses
change what is returned for arrow keys?)

a4a34ba74a Add two additional arguments to the fileops read and write calls, a 
pointer to the offset to use, and a flags word.  Define a flag that
specifies whether or not to update the offset passed by reference.

eaa351c789 * Check that any declared option (def{opt,param,flag}, filesystem 
is declared at most once.
* Do option dependency across all def{opt,param, flag}.
* Make the default value of otherwise-unspecified defopt's be 1,
  for consistency with non-defopt'ed options.
* Wrap an abstraction layer (macros) around tests for defopt, filesystem,
  defparam, etc. to catch outdated  defopt-vs-filesystem tests.

080dc567e8 A first stab at an ESS1887 driver. The code is from the SHARK port 
and needs a lot of polishing.  The code compiles (on i386), but is
untested.  See ess.c for a TODO list.

5afda96fca Be quiet if bootparamd gives us an empty gateway spec. 
(which is quite normal).  Just make noise if it was
missing, which explains the very long timeout...
(Would be nice if sendrecv said "retrying...")

b339af5461 Support multiple file open attempts without closing and reopening 
the underlying raw device (which is expensive and causes problems).
This allows the boot program to try a sequence of names by default,
which is used to support common boot media for sun3 and sun3x.
(Now tries "netbsd.$arch" before "netbsd")
