kleink cb63b5cd8c * Remove GLOB_QUOTE, add GLOB_NOESCAPE. Per POSIX, backslash quoting of 
special characters is the default behaviour, which may be disabled by
  setting GLOB_NOESCAPE.
* If no matching pathnames have been found and GLOB_NOCHECK was not set
  (or special csh(1)-specific treatment of magic characters was requested),
  return GLOB_NOMATCH instead of 0; the latter would indicate a successful
  operation.
* Use strcoll() instead of strcmp() to sort globbed pathnames.

* Add GLOB_NOSYS for completeness; it will never happen.

agc a4ec19a21a Update the package collection documentation to reflect the automatic 
manual page handling changes. The explanations for the MAN<sect> and
CAT<sect> definitions, and MANLANG, have been left in place until all
occurrences have been deleted from the package Makefiles.

mark 2aab040047 Major overhaul. Rewritten most of this file to optimise copyin() and 
copyout() for 32 bit aligned addresses. Also copyin() and copyout() now
share the same actual copying code.
Use the same copying code to implement kcopy().

leo 7fe67ad2db Clarify and correct the 'Configure your network' section a bit. Getting

ross 8fe1f9c56a Fix this to correctly do swapctl -l for regions > 2^31 bytes. 
We include <inttypes.h> in case at some point in the future we do things
the SUSV2 way and originate the 64-bit scalar defs there.

ross ebcb47db53 Correct an expression that tried to compute the swap size in bytes using 
an int object, this sometimes prevented swap_on() of a dev/file > 2^31 bytes.
