6e9cf0213d Now that all of the manual pages that used the "old" mandoc macros
have been upgraded to use the "new" mandoc macros, we can safely
remove support for tmac.doc.old

beb4553725 have ping do the right thing, wrt microseconds.
actually, now it'll overflow its counters sooner than before, and everything
should *really* be converted to doubles and/or "unsigned long long"s

f2a0b0fbdf Upgraded sendmail from revision 8.1C to 8.3;
this version of sendmail tries to use sysconf() if the _SC_* macros
		are defined in unistd.h.  We have the macros but not
		the function.  A temporary "fix" has been made to avoid
		the issue.

476e1b5964 integer arguments were not coerced to strings for the `:' operator.
bad things: core dumps, etc. will happen if integer values make it
up the parse tree.

0a08244e8c change name to mount_msdos, and add man page. need some more hacking
later to change everything to mount_msdos, i.e. files need to be
moved in the tree, but that can wait.

de80f95f45 add man pages for mount_fdesc and mount_kernfs.
after things settle down, i've decided that these should be broken
out into their component programs again; combining them was a mistake...

4f59ef7ee3 Kitchen sink version of dbsym.
-f	force; don't complain if db_symtab is missing
-g	debugging; include line number and function info
-x	remove local symbols
-T addr	specify load address (necessary to determine file positions)

DON'T SET THE ERROR BIT ON THE BUFFER UNLESS THE AUTHOR OF PHYSIO

*is* necessary, so put it back in...  it's in an #ifdef i386 part anyway.
