itojun 5f09b77987 s/IPSEC_IPV6FWD/IPSEC/. this should correct strange behavior on ipv6 
forwarding (even if policy asks for tunnel mode encryption, packets
go out in clear).  sync with kame.

christos 480203ba75 change intptr_t and uintptr_t to long and unsigned long respectively. This 
is a noop on 32 bit machines, but it makes lint quiet and it is more correct.

christos 2d9658e4f7 de-lint. Most important problem was the cast from pointer to uintptr_t to 
u_int64_t; changed the uintptr_t to u_long.

enami ce5e5c761e - Set the minimum width for login name to 4, the width of "USER". 
- Fix the number of colmuns left for proc. args.  Previously, an effect of
  NUL was canceled implicitly, but now we must handle it explicitly.
- Fix the width for tty name.

jdolecek 24c327fe78 Add an option to do case-insensitive lookups even on Rock-Ridge CD-ROMS. 
Add 'rrcaseins' option to mount_cd9660(8).

This addresses kern/2419 by Jason Downs.

jhawk 859057e6b3 Fix uninitialized variable (reg) in fxp_pci_confreg_restore(); 
this could result in garbage being written to the PCI status register,
which is unlikely to have had a serious effect. This was with us from
an #if 0 added in rev 1.6.

scw b3b275a389 The install ramdisk has grown somewhat, and now overwrites the 
`ie' chip's packet buffer... Moving it up to just below the netboot
image (4MB) should leave room for a few more year's bloat. ;-)

jdolecek a8b345d374 add extatt, gens, nojoliet, norrip options - names taken from FreeBSD 
add nrr as an alias for norrip, for compatibility with Solaris
retire -e, -g, -j, -r: they are still recognized and handled, but are
	not listed in mount_cd9660's SYNOPSIS and are documented as
	obsolete in mount_cd9660(8)
update history for joliet support and nomaplcase option

bjh21 985033a7a6 Add fixunssfsi and fixunsdfsi. These are provided by libgcc2.c in GCC 2.95, 
but not in EGCS.

This version of fixunssfsi is almost exactly the arm32 version.  fixunsdfsi is
mostly based on fixdfsi, but with simplifications for 64-bit integers.

Only minimal testing has been applied so far.

- remove obsolete non-advanced-api support.
- if a routing entry exists for aggregate prefix (-A), do not overwrite
  the routing entry (exit with error).
