a591d65ec7 One more section type in the Mach-O format. Now /usr/X11R6/bin/quartz-wm links 
and run (it aborts because the dock is not launched).

c8a5e4585e Enable HAVE_MKTIME manually; the configure script fails since it 
checks a weird corner case.
Should fix building platforms without shared libs.

e69ce3e4bf Add a -q (quiet) option to print nothing for clean filesystems. 
Support in fsck_ffs and stub in fsck_xxx.
Push a few more messages through pwarn() instead of printf() to ensure
disk name is shown.

566d91a6d8 add GB2312 after JIS0208/0213, then there's no confusion. 
some chinese chars may get converted into JIS0208/0213 on
"iconv -f utf-8 -t iso-2022-jp-2".  but anyway, it's iso-2022-*jp*-2 so
japanese chars should take precedence.
XXX what should we do about X11 ctext?

i really hate unicode han unification.
do we really need to support language tags?

48f28cea9e sa_vp_faultaddr, sa_vp_ofaultaddr, sa_vp_stacks_low, and sa_vp_stacks_high 
are vaddr_t (and thus unsigned long).
Initialize them with 0 instead of NULL.
