a new struct cfattach.
- new "attach" directive for files.*. May specify the name of
the cfattach structure, so that devices may be easily attached

loaded by the SunOS boot program. Our netboot works, but our ufsboot
still has a problem on the 3/260, so keep SunOS boot support for now.
