b9d844a520 Allocate a private PCB, kernel stack and interrupt stack for each processor.
As a result, the stack setup code in locore.s changes slightly in
the MULTIPROCESSOR case. Also, make the stack redzone barrier (for
debugging only) a per-CPU entity.

fe56f257b2 If the adapter returned XS_RESET and the xfer specifies a retry count,
attempt to reissue the command (which was destroyed by the bus reset).

16cf223098 Enforce open-for-writing on ioctls that change the bus's state.
Implement ioctl pass-through to the host bus adapter, allowing both
SCBUS* ioctls handled at that level and host adapter-specific ioctls
to be implemented. Implement SCBUSIORESET as a pass-through.

Inspired by PR #6090, from Matt Jacob.

used to issue ioctl commands to the host adapters.

3679178e31 Make pkg_info a tad more extensible by using a table to hold the strings
to be printed. Also, don't error out if any unexpected input is read -
just log the error, and keep on going.
Fix a slight bug along the way - if there was an @option in the package,
then pkg_info would die.
