4fdff0ed65 * Add ep_complete_cmd() function, to issue commands that perform a reset 
(RX_RESET, TX_RESET, GLOBAL_RESET).
  Commands issued while a reset is in progress may be dropped. The driver
  must wait until resets are complete; ep_complete_cmd() does so.
* Change RX_RESET,  TX_RESET, GLOBAL_RESET to use ep_complete_cmd().

* Revert epconfig() to use inline RX_RESET, TX_RESET.
  That avoids accidentally setting IFF_UP, which  breaks both diskless boot,
  and "halt" commands issued before the interface is brought up.

0c7dacfcec All these files are ancient and haven't been used in years -- the 
current boot blocks are in boot/; we need the thing cleaned out so we
can put the new libsa based boot stuff in its place.

48b6b629bf getdiskbyname() was broken by previous change, adversely affecting 
newfs(8) and disklabel(8).  Back this out, and note instead that all
instances of strcpy() here are safe.

ed573bfb7c Split the obio interface into two forms: optional address only for most 
devices (obio_norm) or optional address, HSK, and DMA for 5380-based SCSI
controllers (obio_scsi5380).  Update all obio-attached drivers
appropriately.

Also, attach fpu to mainbus, rather than obio.

a7b2815a55 Import Dennis Ferguson's i386 clock change request from PR 2785: 
* Add table-driven assembly-coded microtime().

   * add boot-time computation of the interpolation table,
     allowing the hand-coded microtime() to work with locally-tuned
     nonstandard values of HZ or TIMER_FREQ.

   * delete old C version of microtime().

91fbda1d8b tn3270 shouldn't try to do magic depending on the setting of 
EXPORTABLE_SYSTEM.  Additionally, since it doesn't actually use libtelnet
for any of the 'interesting' features, it shouldn't be using libtelnet
at all (because that adds some serious headaches and problems, on ELF
systems with shared libraries, which cannot be easily addressed and
don't actually _have_ to be).  Now it simply pulls in genget.c from
the libtelnet source, and builds it locally.

a8756f0775 Pass the bus PA (i/o address) to pdq_eisa_init() to avoid doing 
arithmetic on bus space handles (which is strictly forbitten.

c4fa121f14 Reinstate call to pmap_activate() for now, because it is helpful 
for debugging the pmap code.  The in-line version of the same is
still here and will be used if PMAP_DEBUG is not defined.

bb35ee4ae8 In struct pmap, replace pm_mmucrp with pm_a_phys. 
Define pmap_resident_count(), pmap_wired_count()
to call pmap_resident_pages(), pmap_wired_pages()
respectively, so we can keep those statistics on
lower-level structures instead of here.
