0a807611dd Readd powerpc/include/vmparam.h to the set lists 
Export it to powerpc/include.h

98e1a58a8c fix a lot of different issues (doesn't anyone build anymore) 
- libdns had the wrong version
- zfs attributes missing
- missing debug libs
- typos in library names
- typos in library versions
- _g libraries missing for new .so files (since we don't install .a files
  we should not be installing _g.a files either, why are we?)
Hopefully this will fix the sparc64 build.

3b708a2134 Add two test cases for pollts(2): 
- The first tests basic functionality e.g. timeouts and correct events.

ab8e3da666 Move common/contents file into MD dirs again. 
I know it isn't a good thing to have many copy-and-pasted contents
(set file descriptions etc) in all MD files, but it's much more annoying
to maintain a bunch of .if \n [${MACHINE}] conditionals for all ports
and maintainers rarely notice that they also have to prepare or update
MD contents in MI content file with messy ifdefs.

XXX: of course common text should be shared by mdoc macro etc.
     but I doubt playing mdoc(7) is really worth...

b52bb12959 provide a new 'bluetooth' rc.d script, to handle Bluetooth configuration 
in a simpler manner. This replaces btattach, btconfig, bthcid, btdevctl
and sdpd scripts, and also should not require any configuration settings
other than "bluetooth=YES", though the full range of configurations is
still possible.

c2e43be1c5 Reduces the resources demanded by TCP sessions in TIME_WAIT-state using 
methods called Vestigial Time-Wait (VTW) and Maximum Segment Lifetime
Truncation (MSLT).

MSLT and VTW were contributed by Coyote Point Systems, Inc.

Even after a TCP session enters the TIME_WAIT state, its corresponding
socket and protocol control blocks (PCBs) stick around until the TCP
Maximum Segment Lifetime (MSL) expires.  On a host whose workload
necessarily creates and closes down many TCP sockets, the sockets & PCBs
for TCP sessions in TIME_WAIT state amount to many megabytes of dead
weight in RAM.

Maximum Segment Lifetimes Truncation (MSLT) assigns each TCP session to
a class based on the nearness of the peer.  Corresponding to each class
is an MSL, and a session uses the MSL of its class.  The classes are
loopback (local host equals remote host), local (local host and remote
host are on the same link/subnet), and remote (local host and remote
host communicate via one or more gateways).  Classes corresponding to
nearer peers have lower MSLs by default: 2 seconds for loopback, 10
seconds for local, 60 seconds for remote.  Loopback and local sessions
expire more quickly when MSLT is used.

Vestigial Time-Wait (VTW) replaces a TIME_WAIT session's PCB/socket
dead weight with a compact representation of the session, called a
"vestigial PCB".  VTW data structures are designed to be very fast and
memory-efficient: for fast insertion and lookup of vestigial PCBs,
the PCBs are stored in a hash table that is designed to minimize the
number of cacheline visits per lookup/insertion.  The memory both
for vestigial PCBs and for elements of the PCB hashtable come from
fixed-size pools, and linked data structures exploit this to conserve
memory by representing references with a narrow index/offset from the
start of a pool instead of a pointer.  When space for new vestigial PCBs
runs out, VTW makes room by discarding old vestigial PCBs, oldest first.
VTW cooperates with MSLT.

It may help to think of VTW as a "FIN cache" by analogy to the SYN
cache.

A 2.8-GHz Pentium 4 running a test workload that creates TIME_WAIT
sessions as fast as it can is approximately 17% idle when VTW is active
versus 0% idle when VTW is inactive.  It has 103 megabytes more free RAM
when VTW is active (approximately 64k vestigial PCBs are created) than
when it is inactive.

1f1f76a438 Add an "exitstring" to the utility menu, so translations can provide 
proper strings (like: "back to main menu"). For most translations set
to plain "Exit" (like it used to be) for now - natives, please fix!

98fbe74f8c Upgrade Heimdal to 1.5pre1 by switching the build from crypto/dist/heimdal 
to crypto/external/bsd/heimdal.  The latter was just imported as the head
of the Heimdal tree as of a few days ago.

e090cbd477 install <machine/intr.h> for crash(8). 
(we could avoid this, but it would require a lot of contortions that
make the header files ugly.  maybe someone else can figure out a less
ugly way of doing this later.)

75b76dfeb7 When run as root, tcpdump will chroot to /var/run/tcpdump - but it can 
not look up /etc/protcols in there. So install a copy of /etc/protocols
into the chroot area.
Fixes PR bin/44721.

99f3e96716 Make all curses/$TERM related failures exit with error code 4 (everything 
else in here only exits successfully or with error 1), so we can react
accordingly in the surrounding script. Part of fixing PR 44738.
