PR/4547: Joern Clausen: Incorrect argument expansion in backquote variable

assignment. E.g.
echo ${foo:=`echo 1 2 3 4`}
prints:
1 2 3 1 2 3 4
because when the arquments are not quoted, the backquote result
gets recorded twice. The fix right now is to comment out the
record_region() call in expbackq(). I hope that it does not break
anything else.

* Check for an existing MBR not by looking at the geometry, but by looking

at used partitions. fdisk may report the number of cylinders > 1024
correctly if no translation is used.
* Print out the end of the partition as well as the size when editing things.
* Enable the user to specify the BIOS geometry if he/she wishes.
* Fix 1023 / 1024 mixup. The reason BIOSs will return 1023 is an old IBM
convention to use the last cylinder as diagnostic cylinder. The user
can still skip the last ('real') cylinder if specified.
* Make some messages more verbose.

Fix driver bug when using an RZ23 (and very likely any other drive that

does a "restore data pointers" when reselected after disconnecting in
the middle of a DMA transfer). The driver needs a different way to know
which script to continue the DMA transfer. The message-in for the "restore
data pointers" loses the original "resume" script, and the driver would
attempt to continue the DMA transfer at the beginning of the current DMA
chunk, rather than at the point the disconnect occured. The result was a
spurious console message, and a trashed filesystem.

Add a cpu_setup() function to "struct cpu_nocpuid_nameclass" and

"struct cpu_cpuid_family", so that we can have a cpu_setup function per
known cpu type. For now use it only for cyrix 6x86 to enable suspend-on-halt
and implement cyrix's workaround to the "coma bug".
