- Some firmware fills the system drive table with junk, so get the number
...
of system drives from an ENQUIRY.
- Complain if there's more than 1 segment when issuing some kind of enquiry
(this needs to be fixed properly).
- Fix the ID hack for 2.xx firmware.
- Fix an argument to bus_dmamap_sync().
