49d52c9b1c Pass a proc pointer down to the usrreq and pcbbind functions for PRU_ATTACH, PRU_BIND and 
PRU_CONTROL.  The usrreq interface really needs to be split up, but this will have to wait.
Remove SS_PRIV completely.

dc7e7814d9 Remove the espdma' special case; all esp' related dma channels are now 
called `dma' on all architectures.  Note: `ledma' remains in place.

Also delete a couple of unneeded `needs-flag's in files.sparc.

e14f61b1f7 Check fs_[bf]mask, fs_maxfilesize, fs_maxsymlinklen, and fs_q[bf]mask,
